I had bought a used Neumann microphone, and the staff here were very kind and generous to also throw in a Neumann shock mount, pop filter and box for the microphone. Shoutout to my helpful representative Joey, he was able to ship it out ASAP. Joey deserves to be the Guitar Center CEO, or at least get a raise.

Brian is just so helpful and was able to direct us to the perfect drum kit for our grandkids. Our grandkids, ages 11 - 18 are all interested in music and are learning different instruments. The oldest asked for a drum kit for Christmas. The 11 year old also wants to learn to play. Brian recommended the Ludwig Backbeat Elite full set which was just perfect. Christmas evening was fun with the kids working out songs on the electric guitar, keyboards, and new drums. Rock on Guitar Center! You guys are the best.

Our kids have been coming here since 2020 and every instructor we’ve come across has been fabulous. That is why we are still here almost 4 years later.Kelvin- he’s great. Works well with kids. My daughter takes voice lessons and my son takes drumming lessons. He has become a guitar center staple!Jack- very chill, enjoys teaching, patient bass instructor.We’ve had two other instructors that have left and I have nothing but good things to say about them as well.The only complaint I have is…. For the majority of the time that we’ve been here, it seems like they have a difficult time with keeping a lesson scheduler employed. For months they’ve gone without one and cancelling/rescheduling lessons become a pain. The desk at the lesson corner would be a mess and just not tended to.But then Skyler came along… and wow. He’s an excellent communicator. The lesson corner is the tidiest I’ve seen. Rescheduling has never been easier! I love the OUR INSTRUCTORS board he made- I learned things I didn’t know about the instructors after knowing them for this long. He too is a valuable asset to this store.Everyone else- customer service staff- is so friendly and helpful! We’ve bought a number of gear and equipment over the years and every time it’s a pleasant experience.

Hanging up on customers checking on their orders is nothing new from this place. If you can, order your gear on reverb or sweetwater. I hate purchasing anything from gc. Getting them to do their job is like pulling teeth.

Bought a used resonator almost two years ago came back today to buy a new Martin, Brian greeted me inside the acoustic room. He was super friendly but that guy knows guitars pretty damn well. The staff overall are very knowledgeable and extremely passionate about music. I highly recommend this pace and if you are In the market for a guitar go see Brian.

My 14 yr old son was given a Fender Stratocaster by Grandpa. 1st place we came to get accessories. Everyone very nice and helpful.

I bought a guitar online and had it shipped to this store. I had expected the guitar to come with a case and it didn't. When I asked about a case I got blown off for 30 minutes until I asked again. They said they didn't have a case that would fit the guitar and when I tried to figure out what I should do the guy snapped at me and said to return it.This isn't the first time I've had issues at this store. If you know anything about guitars the employees will frustrate you, and if you know nothing about guitars you'll be ripped off.
