Amazing customer service! Long story short I got a pair of Gaynor minders from them and they had a defect where the shank separated from them within three weeks, and it caused all the fabric on the bottom of the shoe to roll up in my arch making them feel incredibly unstable. I called them to ask If any customers in the past had experienced this problem and what glue would be best to bind the shank back to the shoe. (My performance is a week away) Instead of telling me what glue to use, they contacted Gaynor minden immediately and within 4 days I had a new pair delivered to my door step.

I recently accompanied my daughter to size her first pair of pointe shoes. Since my daughter is a young adult, I stepped to the side to be witness only. Petra was our specialist for the hour and made my daughter feel so special. She was calm, patient, and adorable all at the same time. The prices of my daughter's purchases were quite fair, and we will be back. I fell in love with the clothes they had hanging in the store but had to refrain. Great location as well, right across the street from my favorite restaurant "Grateful Gardens". Shopping and lunch!

I have nothing but good things to say about this dance shop! I recently went in and purchased a locally made ring. Makena, Romi, and Reese were so helpful and kind, answering all my questions. Would highly recommend for any of your dance needs!!

I bought ballet clothes here as an adult learning ballet for the 1st time. The staff & owner were very helpful in finding something that I felt comfortable in. The designs are very lovely! & the quality of my leopard, skirt, tights, & shoes are great!! I've used them up for a year now & they are all still holding strong. The owner was very kind & was able to size me in the perfect shoe on the first try. Looking forward to getting more leotards in the future!

STOP. Please read. We have a beautiful, kind, sweet little 10 year old ballerina, who's been dancing since age 3. Her grandmother and I have spent thousands of dollars through the years on ballet, jazz, and dance supplies. We used to shop at Judy's and then went to Satori when Judy's closed. We loved the store and was a frequent and loyal customer. Then on September 7, 2022 my daughter and I went to shop for new ballet supplies for the 2022-23 dance year. With no warning, we came face to face with the most foul, profane, filthy display. I took my daughter back to the car with my husband and I went back in and asked the owner about the tea display. She explained her friend who owns the tea company and she was helping her sell her tea. We had a pleasant conversation and I explained she had every right to sell whatever products she wanted but we were super sad we wouldn't be returning. I started buying on line. One very unhappy customer at the moment. Drove all the way from Carson City, hoping to be out by 12 to pick up daughter from school at 1p. Yelp hours says 1130a. Got here to only then see a sign taped to window with new fall hours. Its now 1205p and doors are still locked.

My daughter and i have loved going to Satori! They have such a beautiful selection of high quality leotards, tights, shoes and warm up attire. We are even more excited of their pointe shoe selection! It has made getting pointe shoes a breeze!
