They helped me better than Bank of America. I needed an ATM card the same day I opened my account in order to pay my rent and they were able to answer my questions, promptly and professionally helping me to achieve my goal. Thank you team at 2330 S Virginia for helping me that day.

Run, do not walk, far from this outdated and inept institution. Need to access your funds after opening your account? Nope. Need to use Zelle to pay for products/services? Nope. Need a website that looks like is was made after 1986? Negative. As a small business owner who needs access to his funds (I know, crazy, right?), HB has simply created headache after headache. Can't wait to close my account and open up a new one with UFCU.

I was very impressed with Christine, my banker. Very personable.I knew the minute I walked in, I was going to enjoy this business. I haven't had a different bank for many moons. Although Wells Fargo has reached out to me to get my account taken care of. I should actually go in to face the music. It would take me years to get that paid off. It's thousands of dollars.

Ive always had the absolute best customer service at Heritage Bank. Doesnt even matter which one I go to. I dont even have an acct there and they always go above and beyond. Recently I didnt notice that the paycheck I was trying to cash was post dated. The teller went out of her way to call my boss to inquire about it. Needless to say it was resolved and I left with the money I needed to pay my car insurance. Im really considering switching to this bank.

Karen is a very rude lady, very unprofessional experience. I will be closing all of our accounts solely do to the unprofessionalism in the branch in Reno, Nevada where Karen works. Angie is also extremely unprofessional, and flat out rude.I'll take my money somewhere else.

Since this bank was bought out by the Glacier family things have gone down hill! This is the 3rd time my debit card has been blocked for no apparent reason. And with no notification that it was blocked.

I would like to say that I by far had an ok experience with this bank until somehow an automatic payment was set up for my account as soon as I learned of the issue I spoke to tele service then followed up next business day with bank branch went in filled a dispute but was told dispute was in my favor. First off how can you not stop payment after letting you know it was a mistake and my account was overdrawn because of it and you allowed an 1100 transaction go through and charging me overdraft fees and reoccurring fees as well I’m not banking here this is a scam to me and I’m not hearing this at all. Bad customer service period..
