the boys who work here are very nice, and had no problem answering my questions! they were able to squeeze me in, in the mid-afternoon for a front break change and had me out before closing! Very fair prices, they even topped off my coolant, and turned off a service light jiffy lube left on! I feel confident recommending this place to friends and family!!:D

I needed a timing belt replaced on my 2017 Honda accord. This was preventative maintenance. The Honda dealerships price was outrageous. Talked to Joe and he quoted me a fair price. I asked for a particular brand of parts which he was able to obtain. I dropped off the car in the morning and the whole job was done by 3:00 in the afternoon. I picked up the car after work and Gabriel helped me out and took the time to answer some other questions I had. I asked for my old parts so I could look them over. I would highly recommend this shop as they do good work at a reasonable price and very friendly. Thank you Joe and your employees at High Tech Automotive!

Loved the service I got from Hi Tech and the warranty they provided for 3600 miles after service from any of their connected repairs around the country was a cherry on top of the cake ! As I didn't expect any of it!

I came to this place short notice, from out of state and in despair with a broken down truck. The truck belong to my cousin’s recently deceased husband. I was trying to get it in shape to be able to drive it back to Idaho. I talked to Joe. He seem like a good standup guy who cared about my situation and was going to be honest and help me. We had to leave the truck with them and go back to Idaho until it was repaired. Joe kept his word and took care of my situation. Solid place. You can trust these guys. Thank you

Very friendly and professional, did an inspection to figure out root cause of dashboard warning lights within the hour of walk-in arrival and waived the cost when it turned out the issue was a very specific one that needed to be resolved by a dealer. Great service!

Hi Tech Automotive was recommended by a co-worker and I couldn’t be happier with their work. I had a bad oil leak that I thought was only coming from one part of the engine but they were able to find multiple leaks and fixed them all. It wasn’t just the quality of work though. I dropped my vehicle off at 5:30pm on Tuesday and it was driving it home by 5:30pm on Wednesday. The cost was the best part! Very reasonably priced.Fast, superior work, great customer service, at a great cost. I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the work these folks did on my car. I have an old (2005) Lexus--RX 330. I needed a 150,000-mile service and called around to a few shops. I went with Hi Tech since their prices were reasonable (tire balancing is HALF the cost of the other places I checked) and reviews were good. Joe, the manager, was great--really friendly man, ditto for Gabriel, the technician who worked on my car. I particularly like the fact that they don't engage in "upselling"--the euphemism for charging you for work you don't need. A while ago, another service shop told me I needed new struts. (I think this is something people say in general when your car has more than 100k miles.) These guys said, nope, the struts are not leaking--they're fine. Best of all, my car drives like it's new--no more vibrating wheel. Many thanks, Hi-Tech!

Under new management and received the upmost care and attention to my needs and my vehicles. Joe and his amazing team of technicians really care and value what my concerns are and delivered with both of my vehicles (Tesla Model Y and Chevy) . Amazing service!!

Both low beams in my Prius had gone out at the same time, which made me wonder if it was fuse or electrical related. I drive to work in the dark and I drive home from work in the dark, so I thought getting this done during my lunch hour would be best. A quick Yelp search for "honest mechanic" yielded a few results, but a quick confirmation from other female reviewers made Hi Tech the right choice. Over the phone, Mike told me that he could check my lights right away. Mike was efficient, I think I was there for maybe 5 minutes, and did not try to sell me a Johnson Rod even though I had assumed it was going to be a complicated fix. By the end of it, I wanted to give him a hug. I was so appreciative of his help and have been just so moved by the kindness of strangers. The recent snow storms have not been kind to me and my hybrid, and having my lights function again gives me back a layer of safety. No more driving with my high beams. Thank you again Mike and I'm sure all the cars on my commute thank you, as well

BEWARE!! Especially women. This place has undergone new management in the past year or so and can't be trusted as when Jim Shephard owned it previously. 8/29/21 my wife took our Chevy Astro in for an AC ventilation issue which required replacing some 1/4 rubber hosing that had rotted; $140 for diagnosing + $112 labor = $270 total. That was all fine. What really bothers me is, they tried to get her to oaky lots of expensive work it didn't need. Here's the list (written by Reese Rivera) 1) Full brake-job for $1419. I pulled each tire when i got home inspected and took pics of all 8 pads. When my brother, a master mechanic in LA saw them, he could believe it. All pads showed well more than 1/2 remaining, many 3/4. 2) Replace Alternator for $577. I took it to Oreilly's auto and they tested the charging system. It's charing fine at 13.7V and doesn't need an alternator. 3) Replace R front wheel-bearing for $516 4) Replace Suspension Ball-joint for $726 I have not yet sought a 2nd opinion on the suspension as the van drives great and makes no noise. 8/31/21 I reached out to Hi-Tech asking for an explanation but have had no response.

I had the head gasket done on my Subaru back in December of 2020. after this my car kept burning oil and throwing the check engine code and was barley drivable. Since then company was purchase but kept the same name. I have dealt with Quinn under the new management. 6 different time he called me to tell me my car was test drove and completed. 6 different times I never made it more than 5 miles from there shop and the car through all the codes again. I don't believe this shop can be trusted. 3 months, and a bunch of lies later my car is still broken in my driveway now. They told me they have replaced many parts on my car including the motor and honestly I don't feel I can believe them. They forgot to charge my A/C, check my oil, torque my powers steering pulley and have refused to take any countability for any of the damage and say they are just doing the repairs out of good faith which have never gotten us anywhere. Now going on day 2 after the 7th time and they said they would call me back with an action plan and no call. I am utterly disappointed in this shop and its management.Very nice and respectful on the phone and in person but as far as work I would highly recommend going somewhere else to have your car or truck worked on.Service: Engine repair

I dropped my truck off on 4/16/2021, I got the run around for months. Finally I get a call from a nice gentleman on 6/21/21, saying that they cannot fix my truck. AFTER 2 months of having it. I go pick up my truck and get two blocks and my truck overheats!! It has NEVER overheated before. I am sooo sorry that I took the time to even take my truck there. It cost my $90.00 to have it towed home with the 5 free miles AAA gives.Services: Electrical repair
