I have always been very happy with High Desert Internet. Their reliability and stellar service make me a forever fan! My equipment was just upgraded and quadrupled my speed with no change in price. The tech asked me about some of my livestock that were being characters years ago when the system was installed. They really care.

I have been with High Desert for about 4 years. It is very rare for their service to be down and it is never for very long.
The price I pay is pretty darn reasonable compared to other services I my area.
I have only called for their service dept. once in the 4 yrs and that was at the very start of my service. Haven't had any problems since

I have been a customer for about 2 years and never had a problem. The streaming is excellent. My phone, tv, tablets and heat are all tied into service.The price is reasonable as well. I see ads for other services and then I read on the neighborhood blog how often these services are down. How much frustration to save $5/month? Glad I called them.

Made the switch from another local provider a couple of years ago and have never regretted the decision. The new upgrade to their service is amazing. They installed the new receiver, relocating it to sort an issue I was having with my connection to my router. It took longer than expected and required some extra work. When I offered payment for the extra work, I was told it was all part of the service. The technician answered all my questions and made some suggestions that ensure uninterrupted Wi-Fi for streaming and fast response from all my devices. I am very happy with High Desert Internet Services.
