I took my Subaru WRX in for a body repair and when I picked it up it came back with a burnt out clutch. if you have a manual car definitely do not recommend.

Rob and his team are AMAZING! Rob took over the shop from a bad apple a few months ago; and is set on making things right with every customer that comes his way. My vehicle was totaled and Robert explained every bit and detail that went into the estimate. I have always been weary of auto shops, but Rob makes sure you know exactly what is going on with your vehicle. Communication is very important to them, and they do check in to make sure you’re aware of the process. I would take my car back to this shop every single time! This was a completely satisfactory experience!

This place is amazing took my tundra after getting hit on the whole back side of my truck and they got me in super fast and fixed it and the staff at this shop are super cool and great Communication I would recommend anybody to go to this shop
If you ever get an accident, don’t mind the reviews if I could, I would give him a 10 star review fyi they are also covering my Wrap truck is still not finished

*** New Management *** don't let the older reviews scare you -- I had an incredibly positive experience. In the last few months they hired all new staff and service providers Michelle's communication and care is some of the best I've experienced in the service industry.
After a bear got into our car and destroyed the center console, Michelle helped us order the correct parts, schedule servicing, and work through insurance (reminder: if you're insurance is a pain to work with, that's on your insurance, not on High Tech Collision). I was expecting to be at the shop all day, but within 90 minutes, everything was ready to go.
Bonus: the office has long desk space to do some work and AC to keep cool :)

Everyone there was really nice. I took my car there the day that it was hit. It was fixed in less than a month. They sent me text updates every week. They completely detailed the inside of my car when they were done. Everything looks great. I would highly recommend them.

This place is awful do not take your vehicle there, I’m telling you they fix one thing n then another thing is wrong with it, they don’t test the car b4 it leaves the lot, n then they blame u if something else is wrong excusé after excuse, take responsibility for your actions such as really bad experience, omg I just can’t .

I brought my vehicle in and within 3 days they had fixed the damage to the bed of my truck. They were very professional and worked in an extremely efficient manner. I am beyond pleased with the work they have done and I suggest that if you ever have a problem with your vehicle and need body work done to go to High Tech collision.

They say they do the work but they switch out used parts and say they use new parts. They will use your car to transport parts. They use gas and then charge you for it. DO NOT GO THERE!!

Amazing body shop , they have been so helpful with this whole process assuming all the other bad reviews are from people who think their cars will be done in 2 days it’s a process! But I am so happy with the outcome and I’d highly recommend

Had a repair through insurance. Complete lack of communication from the staff. No updates from them at all. Everytime I call I am a nuisance to them. Always telling me the insurance will handle it. They towed my car to the carpart lot from their location with no call or email or consent from me.

Staff is friendly but shop lacks in service. Received my vehicle with empty gas tank, filthy; there was a coat of dust all thru the inside and was told car wash was closed. I even had to return because my signal lights were not connected properly.
