I have been getting the most amazing nails and pedicures from Mimi for 5 years. I followed her from another salon as I love her work so much. The salon is so beautiful and zen.. I enjoy relaxing in the spa chairs It’s my escape from the world. The staff are very friendly and have lots of talent. I highly recommend checking out Infinity nail spa. You won’t regret it.😊

I've been going to Infinity Nails for over a year now and I am always happy with the service. I get dip manicures and gel pedicures and it took me a while to find a place that does a good job on dip. Mimi always takes good care of me and makes me feel like an important customer. It feels good when you walk into an establishment and they know you by name. My nails never crack or chip and I know they will look great until my next appointment. I'm so happy I found them.

I wanted to like this place but my experience was not worth the price and my pedicure does not even look good. I had an older woman who was so gentle I could not feel her doing anything at all to my feet. She didn't cut a single cuticle. I paid for the deluxe pedicure with gel. I wanted my feet to feel soft so I got the callus remover and she barely even scrubbed my feet at all. They still feel very scratchy. She didn't even file my nails. The whole experience was just honestly so uncomfortable and awful. Pedicures are a luxury to be able to get and they are expensive and I feel like I just paid a lot of money to have just gel put on my dirty feet. She had to have someone else paint the gel on because she couldn't and it just felt really disappointing. I don't know if I would go. back or not because it was just a really bad first impression and seemed really unprofessional. I also felt so much pressure for the tip and asked what percentage I wanted to add. I gave a tip still but it felt uncomfy especially after I already felt I was paying too much for a bad pedicure.
She spent time on cuticles barely clipping a single thing if you actually watched the camera. And I don’t think it’s right to gaslight your customers when they personally experienced the service, it’s actually super rude. The pedicure was bad. She was a very nice lady, but the pedicure regardless was not worth the amount of money. I had to come home and cut my own cuticles, get polish off my toes, and scrub the bottom of my feet. I shouldn’t have to pay $70 to finish my own pedicure. I will be finding another salon and I think you could be kinder to people in your responses even when you don’t like the truth.
