They have everything, but you never find what you are looking for.

It's what you expect from home depot. Nobody knows anything and nobody's willing to work. Everyone's lazy.

It's a standard Home Depot, but the parking lot is always full of people being shady, motorhomes that are clearly camping long term and is generally a mess all the time. Is you have to go here, Park near the store or risk being robbed or your vehicle being broken into while your shopping.

Do not order doors or installation through them. They make you pay for a professional (who incorrectly measured and I was forced to agree with his measurements) then the door came from millworks after 3 months with a crooked window, broken plugs, a ding theyvpainted over, and even shorter than the initial measurement. During installation the guy was unprepared made multiple trips for supplies then rushed out because he stayed later than he wanted. He didn't do any of the custom trim that was paid for and left my wife and toddlers at home without installing the door hand or deadbolt. He left the area unsafe, messy, and left the project unfinished.
Now that I'm trying to contact home depot and millworks about the issues, Wendy won't call me back or answer any calls from me and Paul Walpole won't answer and has his email auto reply saying he won't be in his office for a while. Highly recommend not using their services.
Any handyman could do a job like he did but for cheaper, so buy a door somewhere else.

The Old man in plumbing needs to learn dimensions. We were there to get a P-trap to transition from 1½" to 2" Abs. He confidently handed my wife the exact wrong part. (1½"x1½") 40 minutes drive time, 30 minutes in the store, all for a 2 minute fix.

My husband and son went in to get an estimate. My son called me to let me know that employee named Rebecca had told my husband and son that she didn't have time for this because she had too many people. I understand customer service jobs are frustrating but don't make my husband and son feel that they are doing something bad

Fired a cashier for defending herself. I go only if a couple of things are needed. I use Lowe's for big orders

I went in to Home Depot to get a few things
When I went to look at the hand tools, the store had put them behind a number of security doors. I hate having to track employees down to get things I need to purchase. Thieves are ruining retail shopping for everyone else.

Went in and asked for assistance just to have the employee tell me she was not going to help me, I asked for her to call an additional associate just to be met with a no.Her manger ( younger lady, light brown hair) came over and is even worse than the employee. I can see why they act that way with the way the manager is.
