Pretty cool place. A bit hard to find things, but normally it is pretty simple. Only 3 stars since I don't have much I love, just a pretty nice place.

I used to work here in the early 00's and was trained to help the customer not dodge them... Then you learned your department and didn't answer with "i don't know" and then leave it at that. If you didn't know you would call someone over who did.

What the hell Home Depot?? You closed shop early for a Christmas party and all you could do is post a note on the entrance door?? Dafuk. Are you living under a rock? Technology is thru the roof, and no one bothered to update your website or even Google Maps with a notice. So thanks for making me waste a trip to go to your store and for having me sleep with no thermostat tonight. Merry effin christmas!

I had a great experience at The Home Depot in Reno. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mike at the paint counter who went above and beyond to assist me. Prices were reasonable, and I appreciated the variety of products available. Overall, a solid place for home improvement needs.

Had exactly what I wanted. Fair price. Quick self-checkout. I wish they had tap-to-pay to make it perfect. Inserting the chip is less secure than tap.

Was shopping at Home Depot stopped by a company that offered free HVAC inspection. My unit is old and need of replacing. Agreed rep came by and did inspection. Was going to buy new unit when I started pricing them online. Was about to be overcharged by $2000. I had faith and good experiences with Home Depot with window installation and appliance purchases. Needless to say I’m disappointed and now will question every service they out source.

I'm going to have to agree with these 2 ladies.I had a similar experience happen to me.They asked for my ID when I had a receipt.Then said all they could do is issue me a gift card.I didn't dispute it because I don't like confrontation. Probably should have lookin back at my experience. Makes me think that this is some sort of scam. Beware....

The employees that work in the returns are a bunch of manipulative bullies.I have never been treated so disrespectful in all my life in any store.There were 2 women in particular who thought it would be funny to gang up on me and not honor my return even though I had a receipt. They were giggling amongst each other and proceeded to try and bully me by making up their own rules .I'm not sure what their names were but I'm going to make sure that I find out and when I do I can promise you that I will make sure that corporate is aware of these 2 bullies.No one should have to endure what I went thru. Shame on them and shame on me for shopping there
