I had to get the salesperson to see the sale price on the shelf, but they honored the price.

I was on my way out with only 24 dollars worth of supplies and a guy asks if we payed for our item and won’t let us leave without a receipt. I know it’s his job, but he let every other person simply walk out that was right before and after us. His name was tyler and if you’re going to agree to do a job, do it fairly and not biased. Don’t single out people due to how they look. Ruined the day:(

Great hardware store with many helpful staff. Been here more times than I can count, and I can usually find what I am looking for at a decent price.

No fuel pellets since January 28. It's mid-April and we still have 12 feet of snow on the ground. But good thing they've had picnic tables and BBQs since then covered in plastic to protect them from the snow. I used to get all my home stuff at HD. Now I go to Lowe's because I need pellets. Whoever is placing orders for the Reno and Sparks Home Depot needs to check the weather every now and then.

Always love to roam home Depot - unless you need help. There is never an employee around when you need one. And God forbid you need cuts done for lumber - you could be there a lot longer than you thought.

This Home Depot is never crowded. Problem is, many times when you use their app to try to find something because the place is so sparsley staffed, it sends you on a wild goose chase.

The usual treasure hunt, but I finally found the special door knobs on the bottom- most shelf. The full-size insecticide I buy for the trees annually wasn't in stock, but maybe that's due to weather. As usual, few workers to help.

Ordered a sliding glass patio door in May, they put it under the wrong name and phone number. I have gone in 6 times to have it corrected. Finally had an install date, which my wife waited all day at home, no one showed. We’re able to track down the installer, they had called the wrong name and number to let them know there was a part missing on the door. Went back to Home Depot, name still wrong on order, customer service said they would have a manger call me back the next day with fix, never a call. Two weeks later, called in again, still no one at the mill department. So, they transferred me to a manager. He was too busy and took down my number. No call back. It’s been 6 months, no patio door we paid $3500 for. Pretty much sums up my 1-star review.

This Home Depot used to rock. Now not so much. Plenty of kids standing around chatting not a one looking to help. I asked for help loading a 600.00 lumber load literally 4 stood right there doing nothing. Loads of items not in stock. Asked fir an item and was told " maybe over there but we are out of lots of things" as she walked off

Unfortunately this evening was not a positive visit to the Home Depot near my home. ***Please Read if thinking about buying plants or trees from Home Depot**** The last few months my Spiral Juniper trees have been on the decline, which I purchased from my neighborhood Steamboat parkway store on 10/9/2020. October of last year I happened to be looking at Halloween decor and saw that both trees were 75% off the regular price of $89.00. At the time they looked healthy. I had all the things to make them grow strong. Draining pots, full sun, great soil recommend by HD, fertilizer for acid loving trees, and me because if you know me I am a person who cares greatly for his yard, plants, grass, etc. I also don't write a lot of poor rated reviews but this is deserving. The HD nursery employee who helped me select soil at the time advised me to save my tree tags and receipt in case they needed to be returned or exchanged within the year. A few months ago one of my trees started to get brown tip blight. I sprayed for mites, gave fertilizer, and even called an expert at locally owned Moana Nursery. I followed all of his advice. This week both trees turned brown. I called up the Home Depot store and confirmed the return/ exchange policy. Tonight I rolled in and was greeted by two nice female employees, one at the return desk advising me she could exchange the trees. She advised me to go and pick two new Spiral trees out and so I did. Once back with the new Spirals I was advised that because I bought these trees on sale that Home Depot wouldn't be exchanging the trees....okay....so if I buy a drill on sale and it breaks because of defect I cant get it exchanged? If I buy anything on sale and it's not up to standards I can't exchange it for another new item? Maybe I'm confused. And please let me know if I am confused about this store policy. Shawn the manager came over and provided zero service. Shawn said we can only give you your money back! When I questioned him about soliciting another manager or his boss he told me he is the only current boss. He offered no information for me to contact a different manager at the store...he then walked off. The pictures I have attached of the trees don't really show both trees yet dead as they weren't completely dead at the time of the photo, however they were very dead today. Unfortunately I will no longer be a customer of Home Depot and will be buying my plants and trees from Moana Nursery. I'm fed up with the big box stores that give zero F**ks about us the people AKA the customers that buy stuff from their store. This is why I don't go to Denny's or any other sub par food chain... For anyone thinking about buying trees at HD right now because they are 50% off...that's because they 50% dead and can't be helped! Goodbye Home Depot.

I shop at Home Depot a lot. The staff at this store is helpful. I had an issue with a return yesterday and Robert, a supervisor, helped me resolve it. But what struck me was that he was kind and professional the whole time. That's why I'm writing this review. Thank you to the staff at Home Depot. Thank you Robert.

They were to install a microwave between 1 and 5. No call, no show. Called at 5 and was told they were running late. After 2 and a half hours of no callback or show, called again. They couldn't find the installer, so they couldn't tell me what was going on. Said a supervisor would call me in the morning. At 9 am the next morning, I called them again. Was told that someone would call me back at sometime that day. It's almost 3 and I'm still waiting. I'm going to go by the store tomorrow and cancel the order. Going to buy from Lowe's instead.

I had a phenomenal experience working with John in appliances. We worked through a number of issues over the phone. When we were not able to locate what I wanted, he continued working on the issues after I had given up and called me back to update me. Who does that? Who keeps working like that beyond your expectations? I will gladly continue giving my business to this particular Home Depot, and they can thank John for that.
