Love this place I have shopped here ever since I was a child to teenager to now my adult life I guess some things just never change. Very helpful employees that will take the time to help you look for what you are looking for. I had a very nice employee that let me use the bathroom located in the back of the store so I could try on some pants that I wanted to buy at the time because the fitting room was being used at the time. Like the music being played at all times even the women working here are also nice and pleasant to talk to. Back in the day this was the place to buy cds and still is. Clean store that smells great never dirty and always organized.

Website let me order Pokémon cards for pickup. Rude manager lady said they aren't going to honor it because they don't let people order online and canceled my order. Probably just keeping them for herself.

Way too small of isles everyone including employees walking into you with zero excuse me. Didn’t have what we went in for.

Alot of items to choose from but the store is so small and cramped. It’s hard to navigate and for anyone with anxiety or sensory sensitivities it may be too much. Staff were friendly and ready to help.

Haven't been in Hot Topic in years. I had to show my daughters what it's all about. They were not disappointed. Got them some great shirts and other things. The people working there were extremely friendly and super helpful. We had a great experience and will be going back when in town again.
