“Honestly, everybody here has been so helpful and accommodating. Been going through a little rough patch because I had to move out my old place. All the motels have given me trouble in one way or another, but motel six and more specifically, odessa, and especially the manager, Have been so helpful and understanding I should have came here from the start. They’re the best and they deserve a raise. Seriously They have made this process so much easier than taking a lot of stress off my mind. Thanks to them specifically I’ll be staying here much longer.
Also the man with the red hair and beard, I forgot his name, but he was amazing the first day I came in. Best hotel experience yet. Thank you all!”

“This is a great place because the rooms are nice. It is huge and also there is multiple towers which I like there is a pool that says GSR and this is a great location because it snows here and it also is in Reno, which is next to the capital of Nevada the service is really nice. They get you quick in their rooms. I would suggest take reservations. but there is one perk that they cost a lot of money, but there’s only one reason it’s because they have multiple things to do there for free.”

“I had my bachelorette party here and all of us girls stayed together and the customer service was absolutely amazing as well as the over cleanliness of the entire hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and the amenities are unmatched. They even have a super cool back patio where you can all hangout at. We loved that it was big enough for all of us and the kitchenette was super nice to have. I also had other family members and our groomsmen stay here and they all loved it as well. We will definitely be back!”

“WorldMark Reno provided an exceptional experience. The staff was superb, known for being friendly, knowledgeable, and exceeding expectations to ensure a comfortable stay. They offered helpful recommendations for exploring Reno and readily provided assistance.
The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exceeded expectations for space and comfort. The full kitchen was ideal for preparing meals, and the separate bedroom and living area were a definite plus. The property itself is very clean and well-maintained.
The combination of wonderful staff and consistently amazing rooms made for a memorable stay. WorldMark Reno is highly recommended.”

“It’s dated a bit but it works for the vibe. I had a room with large windows and an amazing view. Michael was so helpful and nice. All the staff were amazing. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Update 2 months later:
I still love this place! I kind of hate writing a great review because it’s such an affordable gem they may raise the prices, but I can’t help myself. It’s so clean (immaculate), I can attest to the rooms being spacious now that I’ve stayed in a couple, the staff is still so nice, and the location can’t be beat! I’m fully leaning into the old world decor and this will be the only place I stay in downtown! All around 5 ⭐️’s”

“The location of this hotel is perfect! It is in a new and very safe area of Reno. Easy access to the airport. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very clean and new. Parking is easy and is only $8 a day. The breakfast was good. We were most pleased with the size of the room. It is like a small apartment and the layout is great. It has a mini-fridge and microwave. The bed is very comfortable and the furniture is from West Elm. We would definitely stay here again. In fact, we will search for SpringHill Suites in other cities on future trips because of the good experience we had here.”

“We stayed here by chance. Our original reservation at a different property was over ooked and they sent us to the Residence Inn. Our room was awesome. Great layout and the full kitchen was a bonus. Will definitely stay here again when returning to Reno.”

“Booked the place through Airbnb. I've never been to Reno so I did not have any expectations, I just thought that the room was nice in the picture.

Stayed for a week from March 28th - April 4th and I love it! The check-in process was seamless, the room has a very complete amenities and a working air con that can also serve as a heater and there's also a high-speed wifi.
It is close to several restaurants and Fedex (in case you need to print or something).

The rapid station is just in front and on the left side, and it is close to the big casinos.

Walkability: Highly walkable, there is a red light and crossings in every corner.”

“Stayed here for a night. We checked in at 3 pm and were informed that check out time is around 12 pm the following day. The staff were nice. The room we got at the 20th floor was cozy, the outside view was nice.We paid $96 in total for a night at this room with two queen beds.

Safety: It was safe and quiet on the upper floors where we stayed.

Walkability: Easy to walk around!”

“This place exceeded my expectations. I stayed here while taking my son up to the university of Reno. It was just me and him so when he moved in I stayed there alone. I never feared for my life or was afraid to go outside.I didn’t have a lot of money and hotels jack up the prices During UNR‘s Move-in weekend. The hotel is not far from UNR. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are clean. The bathroom could use an upgrade, but was otherwise clean and the shower worked. You get a very small continental breakfast every morning. There’s a small casino attached to it with a little bar and grill. I did not try the bar and grill. My car was safe. I even had a bunch of my son‘s Belongings in the car and wasn’t worried about it. The place is not in the best neighborhood but it’s nothing I haven’t seen on Fremont Street in Las Vegas or even on the Row in Reno. There is a lot of foot traffic a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot, but that’s because of the small casino attached to the hotel. It’s more tucked away in an industrial area so there’s not a lot of restaurants to walk to, but there is a liquor store across the street that sells snacks and drinks. They also have a small store up at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.”

“For the price, this was an amazing stay for my 6-person family! We booked the 2-room suite with the kitchenette. Making our food in-room (and burgers on the patio grill) saved us so much money! Plus, having the pool, mini-golf, and proximity to downtown are great. There were some broken things (blinds, door latch, burner on stove), and the parking garage didn't fit our Suburban with bike rack on back, so that was a pain, but staff was nice to help with that. All things considered, would definitely recommend for larger groups! (Oh, they do have a fold-out couch in the suite, but the mattress is terrible, so bring a sleeping pad!)”

“Came to Reno to visit family, found this place, very cheap and clean. Also the owner is an awesome dude he helped me when my car broke down. ?

Nearby activities: Connivence store along with the motel, the prices are very cheap especially the vapes I bought 5 of them”

“Literally right across the street from the airport, they have last minute booking and often COST LESS than the budget online offers. I showed up and it was 10% less than on budget travel sites. Older space for sure, but they definitely try to update the main spaces. Rooms are clean and minimalist. They have dining on site. Shuttle too.”

“I just came in from an area that didn't have much. It's quite close to the Greyhound, couple casinos on the corner, the lady at front desk was great. Right next to JJ Johns, Teriyaki Madness and two blocks from Mexican Food. I grabbed TM for nostalgic reasons. I couldn't complain. The bathtub had a couple strands of hair but I've been camping with mosquitos, spiders, mice, deers, snakes, bears, and more, so I just wiped them off. The casino next door was 107$ + resort fee and deposit they were 79$ and deposit. Great for one night!”

“I read some reviews. I have to say they can really be misleading. First off it's Downtown any and every where downtown is a little sketchy. The only loud noise I heard were just trucks passing. I seen no vagrants around. Christina at the front desk is the best. She was irritated with her job or anything. When I checked in the staff was actually having a very laughable conversation. The rooms are great. Mini fridge, microwave.Rooms: Nice big family roomsWalkability: You are literally near everything you needNoteworthy details: Christina is the best. Very helpful ??”

“The room looked like a dated apartment, I immediately had an issue with the TV remote but the worker at the desk addressed it immediately, the TV was super small, not adequate for the size of the room. The beds were comfortable, and the room was very clean (I run a UV light on floors walls, and furniture). The water pressure in the shower was amazing, it felt like I was getting a massage, however it was so strong that at one point it splashed off the wall and sprayed out onto the floor of the bathroom but they give you so many towels that you can sacrifice one or two to clean it up. Only other major issue I had was that the heater wasn't working and we got a little cold. Otherwise for the price its a great stay if you need a quick place to sleep for a night or two.”
