Filed last year taxes here and just found out today that they didn't even submit my return that I was in the office for and they expect me to come pay them to submit this year's and they didn't submit last year's return very unprofessional I'm calling irs tomorrow u can't hold on to people's tax returns and tell them your filing them but don't that's not cool at all

This is my first experience having a professional file my taxes, and I have to say I will never do them myself again. This office is great! Everyone from the receptionist, to my amazing tax pro Cece, was fantastic, personable, and helpful in every way.

Christina Phillips the manager at the Wells office was very helpful.. there was an issue with my tax return that she worked diligently to get me reimbursed from H&R Block. Bob Best was also very helpful, very much appreciated .. I wouldn't hesitant to consult with Christina Phillips again in the future if she's available

over past three decades had my tax return done by the professional at H&BLOCK I followed them when they moved to the new office. the team at the office very helpful and friendly. this year I was concern that my tax pro.Cece moved to different H&BLOCK location but the staff at the office were able to send my tax documents to her location. Following day, I received a call that my tax return completed as always extremely happy with the quality of work H&BLOCK provided especially to Cece, she is truly exceptional I recommended H&BLOCK to a friend they had a pleasant experience too.

Do not go to H&R for anything other than a simple tax preparation. They can't handle K-1 forms or other business related tax services even though they claim they can. I had to go to another tax consultant to fix all their errors after paying $800. No refund or even a response to help fix their errors.

NEVER GO HERE! Not only did they take 13 months to actually file our return but they stole over $200 from us on top of all the fees they already charged us. They are incredibly unprofessional and we have many voicemails from them stating that they just didn’t do their job correctly.
