Purchased an inverter for 1k dollars then the next day they sent me a email saying I left the inverter in my cart and they sent a 10% discount code 120 bucks is 120 bucks but THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE CODE WHAT A JOKE BUYER BEWARE OF HOW THEY DO BUSINESS!!! I even told them I’ll reorder the item and they can just cancel the payment on the first one so I could get the discount. But nope! Horrible customer service!

Made a mistake in the model Victron MPPT controller I purchased. Called the next day to get the correct one and I called just in time for them to make the change. Great service!

If the product arrives in working condition then, yes you can have a good experience. But if something arrives damaged or defective. They will not respond or be helpful in any way. Pretty much your purchasing a paper weight you can roll the dice and hope it arrives in good condition, but don't say I didn't warn you if you need customer support.

They were very helpful when i ordered the wrong inverter. They helped me figure out what the right set of inverters i needed. Do your homework and ask questions about how their inverters work. Victron is the best but you have to understand you need two inverters if you want to have split phase. They preprogrammed my inverters for me at no charge. Thanks Deyvi. You’re the best!!

I emailed the order department because I had a minor issue with the two Victron solar controllers I purchased. I got a phone call within 5 minutes of sending that email. They offered to take them back, but that's a hassle. They were able to make a recommendation that will actually improve the system and fix the issue, albeit it was a slight upgrade, but it will be a more robust system. Thanks IRUS for the speedy support.
