I will never shop anywhere EVER again. I'm petite and it is impossible to find clothes but every single thing I tried on here at J. Jill is amazing. I cannot wait to see what they have in stock in fall and winter. The ladies that work there can teach a course in customer service and in all honesty humanity and common decency. I will be a customer here for as long as I live near reno.

May 1, 2024 I visited this store, and what a terrible experience. If no one greets you when you enter the store and all the snotty women sales people ignore you when you need to walk out. Not going there ever again.

I went in to see what's new and of course I found couple of items. I want to give a shout out to Carol, Peggy these ladies are the best. The store manager has a great staff you can tell she really appreciate her employees and all their hard work they do. They're very customer focused and that is alway wonderful.

My sisters and I visited this store on a Friday and then on a Sunday. Both times the gals that work there were extremely helpful, fun and had me trying on items I would not have pulled off the racks and ended up buying most of them. Very fun.

All the associates at this Reno store are top notch! Manager, Judy, is great and keeps things in order. Their selection is always good. The associates know you when you come in and are always helpful on style and sizing. As a petite, I guarantee there is no other place for quality clothing in petite sizing anywhere else in Reno. So happy to have this store in this location. I am a dedicated customer.

Every time I visit this store I'm impressed. Their sales staff is accommodating. They know their stock. They are so helpful! I was not familiar with J. Jill until I moved to Reno and I'm so glad I found it. Quality at a reasonable price and choices that I find appropriate. I seldom leave empty handed and I always leave with a smile on my face.
