Kudos to Bruce MacKinnon at this Jackson Hewitt office who has done a great job on my (sometimes complicated) tax return for over 5 years now, and for my wife the past 3. 2022 was our first joint return and was a challenge but Bruce did a great job. Easy to talk to, a good listener and would you believe even enjoyable to be with as we go through the papers. He'll do a great job for you.

I am not pleased with this office they charge me too much and the taxes were not done correctly. I have to find someone else to fixed and correct the problem. Good luck if you can get a hold of someone they never answered the phone.

Weather for My tax shut down with a young lady very nice young lady were there for my maybe an hour and a half she was putting the stuff in the computer she come out with it $40,000 all on my taxes and she said I don't know what to do, but she tried. Would I go back? No no I'm sorry do you want anything? She didn't charge me for an hour and a half but I didn't get my text on either.

Well I called MANY MANY times. Left messages. Even drove over to the office closest to my home. Even though the posted sign listed their hours of operation, there wasn't anyone there. A woman did return my call, while I was at work, but I still had no appointment scheduled. I happen to be @ a Walmart & noticed a booth set up. Talked with that gentleman & he was able to get me an appt but I still needed to confirm it, for one of the other locations. My goal was to have my appt. & my return filled before the special filling discount expired. And I did! Yay! Saved me about $200. Persistence pays off. But in all honesty, that was too much inconvenience.
