Making my appointment online was a disaster! I love in Reno, NV and the day after making my appointment, I reverie a call from TEXAS stating I missed my appointment the day before and an email from TENNESSEE stating the same. 20mins after the Texas call, I got a call from FLORIDA asking if I was going to make my appointment that afternoon! Then, come my actual appointment day, I show up and the rep no longer had me scheduled! And this was AFTER I spoke with him and he confirmed my appointment! On a good note, the rep was professional, helpful, kind, and apologetic. Just getting TO him was frustrating.
