Taller older Man at the front counter basically tried steeling 20 dollars from me today I payed for sum items and gas and went to pay I handed the man 50 dollars and man cashed me out saying I only payed 30 after filling my vehicle I walked in for my change and he began to argue with me till I told him to look at the cameras then he just told me I guess I will believe you and gave my change

This place sucks because of their customer service everything else is good about the store prices and variety but Kevin and Kim were treating me and my friend like if we we’re stupid because we didn’t see the card machine system is down I’m not coming back to this place they didn’t even try to hide straight up felt like they were calling us stupid

Car washes are 12 bucks at the pump for 10 cents off a gallon. A car wash is 9 bucks when you pay for it at the car wash kiosk. I doubt many cars these days are getting over 30 gallons of fuel at one time. Im sure theyre aware of this little scam they have going.

The gas station is clean and well kept but the service is terrible. They said they had my photo and that my boyfriend and I weren’t allowed in the store anymore. Which is totally outrageous we are daily customers and we spend a lot of our money there. They wouldn’t even let me fill my water bottle up! They should really not be kicking there good customers out, that’s not a good way to make money and keep repeat customers. I did nothing to be kicked out of this location but I will not spend my money at any Jacksons location anymore after this treatment. They have lost a local customer for good.

This store is managed by some horrible people. If you don't wear your mask management will fire the employee who is working. Poor employees are forced to create a hostel work environment or get fired . Shame on you Jackson's ?

Employees fail to follow the Governor’s mask mandate exemptions and are rude about it, but yet they remove their mask while in the store. If you are not going to go by the exemptions then offer something for people who fall under the exemptions instead of your employees being rude and blaming OSHA and corporate, it can be taken as discrimination.
