It was our 3rd vehicle purchased from Jaguar of Reno. We drove into Reno with intentions of going to a few dealerships. I saw a vehicle at Jaguar dealership that we could view. So it was our first stop. We met Erik and he showed us the vehicle, we took it for a test drive and discussed the vehicle specifics. The vehicle was at a good price, we liked it, like the way Erik explained everything, his patience with us. So we decided to purchase it. The finance team was great, especially like Mike, he got the deal done and I have enjoyed the way he does business and the way he treats the customer. So thank you Erik and Mike appreciate your efforts.

Jaguar Reno has the worst service I’ve ever experienced from any dealership, let along a luxury brand. I have a 2020 F-pace that needed new brakes and tires, which are both uncommon parts because it’s an SVR, so I called several days in advance of the appointment to check if they had them. I spoke to TJ in the service department, who said he would call back to confirm before the Monday appointment. No call back. I dropped it off on Monday to find that they didn’t have the parts and the service manager, Michael, explained that TJ told me it was going to be an appointment to determine what parts were needed for the car, which was not what was conveyed to me. I picked up the car that afternoon to be told that the tires and brakes would be special ordered (which was what we had explained to them with the call before appointment). Almost two weeks later I hadn’t heard anything back but also noticed a coolant leak, and to their credit they had me get the car in immediately on Friday the 3rd because they also now had the parts (which I only know because I called them). It’s now Thursday, 11/9, and they haven’t provided a single update. I’ve called to get an update several times, along with a timeline, and they say they’ll get the info and get back to me, then don’t. I just have to keep calling to find out what’s happening. I just need to know so we can plan our days without one of our cars. Hopefully, the owner of Jaguar reads this because your service department needs to learn to communicate. I’ve been without my vehicle for 7 days, which would be easier to deal with if they provided ANY info at all. I have no idea when it will be completed. No idea if any work has even started. At the very least, an option for a loaner would have been greatly appreciated. I used to have an Audi and this Jaguar dealership could learn something from your next door neighbor about customer service and communication.

Absolutely the worst sevice. My Jag would not start so I called to see if the could look at it as I was 200 miles from home and my local mechanic. They said bring it in and they would take a look. I had it towed and dropped off on Monday morning. Rented a car to go home and came back on Friday and they never looked at it even though they had it for a week. And to think I was considering trading it in for a Range Rover. That dealership will not get any business from me and I suggest you think twice before taking your vehicle there.

My 2022 F-Pace has been in for repair now for two weeks and they still don't know what is wrong. No loaner and no answer as to when they will have it ready. Will two weeks grow to three weeks. The personnel in the service area are friendly but the work isn't getting done. Makes me wish I hadn't purchased a Jaguar. I certainly would not recommend getting a jaguar to anyone else.

Absolutely incompetent service department. The wife liked the F-Pace Jaguar and right out of the gate the vehicle leaked coolant. After seven (7) tries by the service department without any ability to actually repair it, we contacted Jaguar of America who simply referred us back to the dealer. Service writer Michael is a nice guy, but it has to be difficult to work with such a clown car of technicians that cannot do anything except pressurize the radiator and look for coolant leaking on the ground. I guess if you have money and don't mind spending it then Jaguar Land Rover is the car for you. But God help you if you have a real problem, because this dealership will not. We will never own another Jaguar product.

Bought a used Range Rover. Everyone was professional and friendly. We test drove a few cars with Nico and he spent as much time as we needed reviewing the differences and showing us various options. The price discussions were quick and easy - none of the nonsense I was expecting and absolutely no pressure. Visited 5 or 6 other auto dealers and these guys were the most knowledgable and easiest to work with. Excellent job!

I recently purchase a Tesla Model S from JLR Reno and would like to share my experience.I first contacted them via their website and Van reached out within a day. This was one of the few dealers that respectfully answered questions I had instead of overlooking half of them to ask other unnecessary questions. We had many questions but Van followed up multiple times in a timely manner. He also helped us with a finalized cost estimate prior to closing so we could estimate financing etc (no random added fees at all).When we drove to Reno we had to drop off our car at the airport and Nico helped pick us up right away. He was very friendly and helpful to answer our questions. Did not feel pushy at all. The service was also much better than we had expected, I felt every person in the dealership was friendly, sincere, and most importantly transparent. This kind of this quality is very important for large purchases. Everyone here seem very trustworthy based on my experience!Thanks for everything along the way of this purchase, Van, Nico and team.

Was in for annual maintenance and had 2 small issues (tire losing pressure and satellite radio not working). When I picked up they said they don't check or do tire repairs ("take it to a tire shop") and that the service tech said "it would take him too long to diagnose the radio issue". A few weeks later my check engine light went on and I called with the diagnostic code ( I live over an hour away) but they said they wouldn't tell me anything as to what it meant (serious or not) and that I had to bring it in. I'll use a different dealer going forward. Not helpful to a long-term customer.
