OMG, I have been shopping at Hobby Lobby for over 15 years (and Mardels) I LOVE, LOVE and LOVE THIS PLACE. I always get my friends and family gift cards. Where else can you decorate your home so beautifully. They have every theme you could think of. I do a lot of different crafts and the Dept head of Jewelry making Christina (in Reno) literally spent 2 hours with me trying to find the exact colors I was looking for. She didn't rush me, her only concern was doing customer service. I have never come across that before, I will ask and I get the dreaded pointing finger. Not Christina, she made sure I got everything I needed. I am so impressed by her customer care, because she really does. Thank you for having a great company but a going above her call of duty!!!! Do Not Ever Get Rid Of Her, she could train some of the other employees how to have patience, be kind and pay attention and Listen to what the Customer is saying and asking for She is a diamond in the rough!!!!!! Sincerely, Janet Campos a.k.a A customer for life!!!

I love coming to this store to shop. Today I was looking around and almost got cut on some glass panels that were in a shopping cart, that were facing towards the middle of the aisle!! I'm concerned the worker(s) thinks this is safe. It might not had been me that was hurt, it could have been someone else, or maybe even the baby sitting in a cart I passed by beforehand. I hope they're updated on proper safety procedures before, or IF I come back.

Went in today looking for 6 barstools. They have them above on the walls. Asked twice for help to get them down, one associate acted as if we were bothering her and we waited 30 minutes without any help before we left.

Worst place I've ever been for mat cutting! I told the guy exactly what I wanted and showed him on the print. He didn't bother to take the print out of the frame but you could see exactly here the print ended. He disappeared without any further discussion. The mat took about 2 minutes to cut and SURPRISE!! I was handed a slip with a $20 charge. No mention of price before cutting. When I home and put it in the frame It didn't fit. I went back with the dimensions and talked to a woman. Stating the mat was not cut to fit the print and gave her the dimensions. She said "this will be the LAST TIME IT WOULD BE CUT FOR FREE". She didn't look at the mat I returned but walked away and then came back with a mat cut to the dimensions but the proportions were wrong. Then she looked at the original mat and said, "looks like the bottom was bigger". Great customer service... NOT! They are so arrogant (and stupid, apparently) they must think we speak through brain waves without words but so far that hasn't worked out very well. If you want a mat cut I suggest you hand them a sketch with proportions and drawn to scale. I will NEVER visit that department again! My FIRST and LAST time shopping at Hobby Lobby FOREVER!

I really went in looking for a Mardi Gras mask and the selection was very limited. I did see that they had so many departments and looked great to view and buy. Honestly I went for an item that they didn't have but they did refer me to the proper place. I think if I was looking for household items, artwork, or even seasonal items... that wasn't my gig at the time. I will go back when I'm looking for specific items for the home or outdoor items plus some party favors or crafty items other that, they were very helpful to guide me to destination for what I was looking for. I'll check them out at a later date!

The store is very lacking in actual hobby supplies. If you are interested in quilting or just being home decorating items you won't be disappointed, except maybe by the prices which seem a tad high for what is available. Sadly if your hobby isn't quilting then you probably won't find what you are looking what you are looking for at the Hobby Lobby. Quilting is awesome. It's just not my thing.

Luv, luv, luv the products in the store!!! The lines are CRAZY long... like all the time.!! I just spent 10 mins in a line. The cashier charged me for frames and I only have 4. I couldnt tell because it doesn't show items right on a screen in front of you. I was starting to walk out, and I noticed what happened. I asked a lady of front that appeared to be a manager if I was over charged, she said yes. I asked if I had to stand in the Loooooong line for refunds and exchanges, she said yup. This was not my error. To make matters worse.... it's not even a line JUST for refunds and exchanges, they are ringing people up as well. They know how busy they always get...... they should schedule accordingly.

Usually, I love this place. Great prices (better than Michaels, and better selection too.) Today, not so much. In the years since the store opened, this was the worst service I've ever had. I went through the store, and got the things that were on my list. Since it's close to Christmas, there was much I was looking to get. As I walked in to the store I get a cart, and a flyer so I know what's on sale. I get the items that I was looking for, and they were better and less expensive than Michaels. I get up to the register, and Brooke was my cashier. I try to have much patients at this time of year. I work in retail too as a supervisor for a major department store, She started to ring up my items, and there were some embelishments, and some jewelry making items that all had sale signs on them. She told me that they were not actually on sale, and that they were a part of last weeks sale. I told her that I didn't want the items, and they signs were still hanging up, so they should honor them. She did not honor the signs, nor did she call her supervisor. I left with the distinct feeling that some of their staff need some very solid re training. For what is suposed to be a VERY Christian company, have we forgotten the golden rule???? Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Do we not remember this???????? If this cashier was working where I do, they would be coached, and have exstensive re training. Even though the company that I work for is opened on Sundays, we do strive to work with the golden rule as our guide. Yes, we don't always succede, but we do try. If one of our customers sees a sign that is different from the price that an item, we will walk over, check the sign in question, and more likely than not extend the price to the customer. It is the right thing to do, the right thing for buisness, and THE RIGHT THING BY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best Store Ever! Sure wish we had one close to us. If you are looking to decorate and need ideas, this is the place for you! Lots to choose from and the prices are so slow for the quality.

Great selection and service. I can spend hours in this store. Easy to return items and bathrooms are clean. They only thing is that sometimes items are up out of reach up above shelves so I have to usually find someone to pull one down and a lot of the items are damaged, so when you purchase, make very certain it looks good before going home. They have a lot of neat items. Make sure to grab your 40% off coupon online on your phone before entering store. Cell service is not that great in the store.

My Girl loves this place. She can spend hours in here and I literally mean HOURS. For me, if they got a restroom to use and furniture to lounge on while I wait for her it's all good.

For the love of God, please open more lanes! This store is up where with Walmart with how badly they staff. Just yesterday I was twelfth in line and there were another six people behind me when it was finally my turn to checkout. While I was waiting in line to pay, then phone rang. I watched the manager go over and answer. She promptly hung up, and walked over to the cashier and whispered that someone had just called and told her to open another check out. She then went and stood by the front door and just thanked people as they left. What was supposed to be a quick 20 min trip turned into an hour just because of the 15 mins I had to stand in line. I actually saw two separate people put their stuff down and just walk out. As far as stock goes - it's just as good as the other Hobby Lobby's I've been to. I think next time though, if I'm in a hurry, I'll just try another store unless it's absolutely necessary.

What a terrible shopping experience! Asked a worker where to find soap making products and was briskly pointed in a general direction. There are signs on the walls but they are all below the level of the shelves so they can't be seen from anywhere except the isle along the wall. Nearly impossible to find anything. The prices are very high compared to online and even other brick and mortar shops. I honestly can't see how they stay in business except that they carry a lot of products. I recommend doing your craft shopping elsewhere!
