I was asked what oil change service I wanted and told the check in person I wanted the cheapest. When i went to check out I was charged for the premium, sythetic plus option. Instead of $80 it was $120, for a brand new vehicle with only 500 miles! Not happy and did not receive a credit.

Great service today. When putting in my own air filter at home - an hour later - I found oil fill baffle laying up on dash above engine. Be careful.

I’ve never taken my car to a Jiffy Lube but this was a really good experience. When I called to see if they could help me Jayden was very friendly and professional on the phone. Once I arrived Aaron was very knowledgeable and helpful. Process was easy and quick and I felt very comfortable with the experience. Thank you to all of the employees for their hard work.
