These guys and their manager interrupted us while we were busy trapping some stray kittens nearby all night.
They took our trap down before calling the cops on us for trespassing (despite not being on their property) and made us release the momma, condemning three of her little babies to likely die to the owls and the coyotes in the area.
Really hostile behavior, and they capped it off by throwing insults at an elderly woman and shouting off some slurs at myself. Rude way to treat local volunteers trying to keep some babies warm and fed - understandable defensiveness about the mother if they're familiar with it, but was completely unwilling to help the kittens or allow us to. Very unfortunate.

First time using Jimmy’s express car wash & quick lube and I must say I haven’t had an experience with kind of bend over backwards service in a very long time! We went in there just to get a oil change and they recommended extra service since we were going on a road trip And they found out that our oil filter from the Lexus dealership had a plastic housing and they couldn’t get off… They just tried and tried. So they said this is typical that they just put those on too tightly went down and got us a permanent metal housing for a filter that comes off easily with every oil change and they went down to The parts store and picked it up for us and didn’t charge us anything extra for that just couldn’t be any happier with their service!! Staff told us our car was so dirty that we “have to pay for the $20 premium option” or his boss would kill him. We said fine. We went through twice (second time complimentary, to be fair) and found the underside of our car was 100% totally caked with dirt after both run throughs.
After, we sat there vacuuming our car. Staff member came out to berate us for using too many of his old stained rags and for vacuuming for too long. Would’ve moved along with no online complaint even at this point if he needed us to, but he was very over-the-top rude about it for no real reason. Can’t recommend.

My oil filter was jammed on after my last service here and no tools or efforts of mine could unhinge it. I called Jimmy’s and they sent a guy out to Truckee to help me get it off so I could get on the road. Great service!

This place is awesome. Went for an oil change a few days ago. I’m not joking…they were finished before I even thought they started. It was like a pit crew. Very nice gentlemen running the show and the free car wash was a nice bonus. Never going anywhere else. Thanks guys!

It's locally family owned. I get the monthly car wash and my car serviced here. The young guys working there are professional. Pricing is very reasonable.

My son was home on Spring Break and was in a hurry to get his oil changed. I had him scheduled with Toyota but they needed 4 hours so he bailed and took to Jimmy's. He is now a devoted customer.
