Madi the manager was extremely rude. Did not even greet me and gave me attitude. I was expecting better customer service. She didn’t try to give me any alternatives or help me out. Did not give me a chance to communicate nor acknowledge my issue as a loyal customer. Extremely upset at the way I was being treated.

went in today and lexi was such a huge help. everyone was so nice, helping me find the perfect pair and the perfect size. i had an amazing experience buying a new pair of docs and will definitely be back, great employees!!

I stopped in here today looking to buy a pair of Sperry's. Walked in and no welcome. No worries. I began looking at some shoes while the 2 employees stood behind the cash register talking high school drama stuff. I was the only one in the store so I know they weren't busy helping other people. I tried on a couple pairs of shoes that were on the shelf. I was there for a few minutes and they didn't bother on assisting me. I looked on their website and saw they had what I wanted and was going to buy them. Another customer walked in and they welcomed them. I ended up walking out. At least I was able to try a pair that fit me so I decided just to order online. Come to find out it was cheaper online. I guess the good thing about them ignoring me helped me save a few dollars on a pair of shoes. You know they say. Good help is hard to find. Journeys? This is one journey I will not travel to again.
