Awesome place to practice yoga. 90 minutes of great workout 26 poses repeated twice. Clean and spacious studios. Very helpful teachers. Talk to the teacher before class if doing bikram yoga for the first time.

I am so fortunate to have found this fine establishment and the Bikram series. It is clean. The receptionists are all nice and helpful. The instructors are all well educated in their craft. Just remember to breathe. Namaste ??
