My husband was out doing Uber and picked up the daughter that owns Kimmie Candy and she gave him a goodie bag. Well let me just say loved everything in the bag! My favorite was the chocolate covered sunflower seeds! Thank you so much!!

Wonderful little stop on our visit to Reno. Plan to spend about an hour visiting this factory. The tour was perfect for parents and kids to enjoy. Our tour guide was so engaging and informative, and she made the experience fun and interactive. Bonus - we did a weekday tour and happened to be the only ones for our time slot! Samples were available and of course we bought a few things to take home!

Had the opportunity to visit Kimmie Candy Company in Reno, Nevada. We watched a short video on how the company’s founder started it and the processes used to make all the different candies. Then we got a tour of the plant to see what was shown on the video. Boy the aroma of chocolate was in the air. YUM! Taste testing was at the finale and boy, lots of delicious tasty treats for kids and adults alike and the sweetness was perfect. They’ve even developed methods to incorporate vitamins into the candy. You have to schedule a tour and see for yourselves. Take the kids too! They will learn a lot and enjoy it. Thank you Kimmie Candy Company (and Christy, our tour guide)?

We brought our Girl Scout Troop and had a great time! We got lucky and had our tour from the owner, himself. It was so enlightening to hear his origin story and what he does to keep everything made in the USA & to support local business right here in Northern Nevada! Helpful, friendly staff made it fun from pre-start to post-finish!

The story behind the business and the tour were excellent. We need more small businesses like this one.

We really enjoyed the tour at Kimmie Candy. Ann gave us a very informative tour. Very happy that Kimmie Candy keeps their employees in jobs by not going so automated. They are organic, non-GMO and that is what will keep us coming back for more of their yummy candy. Hugo, Kim and Jet.

? Short and sweet ? We visited the Kimmie Candy Company for a factory tour. It started with a video providing information of the origins of Kinmie’s candy. Then we were shown around the factory by a very outgoing tour guide. Afterwards, we ended the tour with samples of their candy and bought ourselves some goodies to take home. A quick and fun stop for sure!

We learned so much of the history of the Kimmie Candy Co from the introduction video and then on the walking tour of the factory, Ann did an amazing job explaining the different rooms and what was happening in them. Ann kept lots of young children engaged. I was so surprised when she said she had been with the company less than a week! Thank you for the samples and all the nicely priced packages to take home??
