I was washing clothes and needed to use the bathroom. There is clearly a bathroom but when I asked attendant if I could use the bathroom she said no. Not letting CUSTOMERS use bathroom is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be coming back. Ill take my $ elsewhere. Having to drive to McDonald's at 7:45 am to use the bathroom is ridiculous AND they use almost no water in their washers.

I used one of their top loading machines and the sleeve of my parka got caught in the agitator and ate the ribbing on the sleeve plus cut holes in various spots.
If agitators are not bolted down properly, clothes can get snagged in the narrow space and get ripped apart plus cut holes.
I contacted the owner and he be maintained the position that, since he was not there, he is not responsible.
He has cameras. He should know machines can be problematic. He just wants all the money with no responsibility. I would take him to small claims court but I don’t live in Reno.

I haven’t had to use a laundromat in over 20 years but when my dryer went out and couldn’t be repaired right away, I knew I had to go do laundry to get us by. I chose the Kings Row Laundromat because we live in Verdi. I was pleasantly surprised to find an extremely clean and well maintained facility which I did not expect. I had a chance to meet Lance the owner when he came in to check things and told him how happy I was with my experience. I highly recommend this laundromat to anyone - it’s a great place!

The best laundromat in town! It is always clean and presentable. I’ve never had an issue with any of the machines. The owner is very helpful and responded right way to my questions. Plus it is open 24 hours which is a major bonus! I recommend this laundromat over any other one in Reno!

I've been going to this laundromat for almost 3 years now and I did not know that there was a 24-hour laundromat until I found this one 3 years ago now. If there was a quote on the best laundromat I would quote this one as the best the laundromat in town and on top of that it's a 24-hour laundromat I can get off at 3:00 a.m. and do my laundry an outstanding owner

Very Clean, fair price. Lots of machines and each time I’m there, all are working. Some perspective, I live north of Reno, there is a laundry mat down the street, it’s filthy. I pass another 2 on my way to Kings Row. For me worth the drive.

This isn't the only 24 hr laundry mat in town the one across the street from Bonamza Casino is also. It's clean and the washers and dryers work great. Also there is WiFi.

Clean when I go, not busy on Saturday mornings. Washers clean and dryers dry. Can't ask for more.$3.25 wash$.25 for 6 minutes on dryers.

Washers run on a 30 minute cycle. $3.25 to start. They offer the PayRange app, so you don't need to bring cash if you don't want to. Dryers are 6mins per 25 cents.Some patrons say that jackets, towels are not very dry when the spin cycle is complete. They need extra drying time.
