Brayden is pretty clueless. He called me the wrong name several times and rushed the salesman out the door before the sales person was finished. They both interrupted our family dinner to sell us a Kirby. The sales person Kayden was awesome, but Brayden was a buzz kill and needs to work on his social skills or not be a manager. When they do come to Colorado, I’ll be sure to leave a review on that store about him too.

These folks know how to fix Kirby vacuums for sure. The staffing occasionally is an issue but it is a very small shop so it is not surprising.
The prices are pretty standard.
For those of you writing reviews about Kirby sales and door to door solicitors and purchasing Kirby vacuums, that is not related to this repair shop.

This company came by my house and dropped off a flier that indicated they would shampoo my carpets and furniture. They showed up with a vacuum and demonstrated how it worked. Looked easy enough. So I buy this suuuuper expensive vacuum, try it out on my own and find out it is so clunky and hard to manage that I can’t even change out the attachments without my husband home. I try to return this thing and find out I can’t because you only have 3 days. I called 2 weeks after I purchased this to find out I was ripped out. Don’t buy this thing unless you have really strong hands and can change out a be of the 87 attachments and you lift weights because they weight a ton. These things are a rip off. The advertising is misleading. Avoid this company at all costs and just buy a shark.

If you need your Kirby vacuum fixed see Tom. I got same day service at a reasonable price. He did a great job and was very courteous.

I placed an order with Kirbyland I received my order looking at my order. I was short one bottle of pet carpet shampoo. I called them and explain to them that I was short one item. They were happy to fix the short and send out my pet carpet shampoo.that is great customer service.thank you Tom and Ryan West @Kirbyland

Are women looking for vacuum bags and met the storm manager he was very professional and helpful and friendly and was willing to do extra work to find what I needed and talk to me about a place of things that encompass the business and as a customer I felt like he went there tomorrow so if you need to go to this place you'll be very well taken care of he will see through it thank you very much.
