I went to Kohl’s today to spend my Kohl’s cash and to get an adjustment on the original purchase that earned my cash. Due to an error in Kohl’s system that required them to refund and re-ring my previous purchase, they said they could no longer honor my Kohl’s cash because that purchase now no longer met the requirement to earn the cash because they had now separated my original purchase into two receipts. The store manager said I could either have the $5.00 credit adjustment from their error or my Kohl’s cash. Obviously the customer is no longer always right!

Shame about the addition of Sephora…the stench of the perfume is revolting and headache inducing. It permeates throughout the entire store. Also, it seems every time I shop now the items I choose are not covered by the kohls discount.

The cashier was nothing but rude, I had concerns about using my Kohl's cash and my coupons as being a new Kohl's card member she was bothered by me asking her a question how to use it eventually she said well just put in your phone number so I put in my phone number it took 40% off she says well unless you had an email you won't have any colts cash although my app said I had $15 Kohl's cash and $13 and change of Kohl's rewards she said well you can't use them you can use them next time I said but they're going to expire today she said well you can go back to customer service and turn everything back in I could cancel this transaction and you could just go back to customer service and change it all back I said thank you very much and left the building first time actually second time I had this problem with the cashier at this store dissatisfied was trying to do my Christmas shopping so I just left I'll shop elsewhere where I'll be treated with respect

I shop here so many times of the month. Worse customer service ever from an associate working at the register now her name is Dee!!!
I spent $300 today just for clothes and my cash back discount was expired just last week she didn’t honor!! nothing. Not even helping offering discounts by applying and getting 35% off. And i guess I didn’t get a cash back for today’s shopping after spending 300$!!!! She’s the worse and I don’t know why she’s serving customers!!!!Dee, go resign!!!

Security Gate is half open or closed. You feel like they are going to trap you in there. You have people watching you in the parking lot sitting in their vehicles. It just doesn't give you a sense of safety.
