PLEASE get your act together. Over 30 people in waiting room both times I've come here. Over an hour wait both times I've come here. This place is worse than the DMV.

Talk about rude ladies at the front desk. I was told come in for labs between 8am and 5pm. All 3 ladies at the desk, at the same time said, " No, we are open 7am to 4pm." My goodness. Sorry ladies that I was off by an hour. I was told just walk in to do what I had to do, and again, rudely they all corrected me saying I can only come in between 10am and 2pm.

Lady in the reception area is nice, but the lady that took my urine is very rude! Caught her rolling her eyes on me and another lady was making fun of me dropping my phone in the bathroom. They sound very miserable in their line of work.

Didn't receive my orders for a PSA?????????????????? HOW HARD IS IT TO PULL A PIECE OF PAPER OFF YOUR FAX MACHINE ?????????????????? JOKE!!! NEVER AGAIN. Not recommended. Dirty place rude employees. 2nd time this has happened. I repeat NEVER AGAIN.

The lady at the front desk laughed at me when I was explaining why I was there, I understand I might not have explained it well but I didn't expect to have her laugh at me right to me face.

The office is not Senior friendly. The front door is sticky, so good luck getting in! People with appointments left. I found the office not friendly. Self check in was difficult with my shakey hands.

I had a previously scheduled appointment at 8:30 a.m. and had to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time. During this time, I observed the receptionist, Veronica, prioritizing individuals she seemed to be familiar with or engaged in lengthy conversations with, ahead of me. This resulted in a subpar level of service from Veronica. Typically, my experiences here have been efficient, with an average wait time of approximately 5 minutes.

I pre scheduled my appointment so I wouldn't have to wait. My appointment was for 11:00 am. At 11:38am they still have not called my name. In the future, I will schedule with Quest Diagnostic. If you value your time, you should do the same.
