The staff is incapable of managing appointments and walk-ins. Constant state of confusion, complete lack of situational awareness regarding how long wait will be.

I find them efficient especially considering how many people they serve everyday. The front desk isn't exactly friendly, they are matter of fact. Something I can see people taking wrong. The reason the staff is so mad or a fact is in order to do all the work they need to do in an efficient manner. I'm cradle and I spend a lot of time dealing with doctors offices and labs even diagnostics. I'd rather have someone be a matter of fact with me then someone who is very friendly, but doesn't get anything done. In my experience in this office if you just let them do their job they will do their very best to help you as quickly as possible. The other thing people don't realize is if you do a walk in to a lab the weight could be anything from 2 minutes to 2 hours. It's all a matter of how many people are ahead of you and they can't control that. You should assume there will be a wait. I'd say 90% of the time I go to this location they are very quick and unpleasantly surprised. I've watched these workers a lot and they work hard. There is a certain amount of responsibility that falls to us patients. Plan for all possibilities and give them and yourself space for the unexpected.

I visited today 9/4/24 @ 11:40am. The receptionist, didn't have a name tag on (female, blue see through shirt, dark hair, almost a new jersey accent) was very rude. Her answers to my questions were short and she was very condescending. While i waited she and two other people talked badly and very loudly about other patients who had visited the office. At check out I was forced to sign an estimated financial responsibility form which I have NEVER had to do before. She tells me it's been in effect for over 20 years. The gentleman who took my blood was very nice and efficient but I will never go back there again.

Had a very poor experience this morning at the Siera Rose location. The assistants told me that my requisition form did not have the appropriate “bill to” information, yet the form had all the information they needed just not those two words. This is the first time the company has every had a problem with labcorp so they recommended that I go to a different location which is what I did and like he said they accepted the paperwork. Frustrating for sure.

Terrible service, so according to one of the employees, they "don't do Drug-screening" I was there for New Employment Drug Screen. I checked in, waited for over 30 minutes.. they called me inside-only to tell me "they don't do drug screens" and to go to a different location. So Don't expect that service.

Lady at the front desk was rude. Additionally was showing rudeness to sickly elderly costumers. Completely unacceptable behavior.

Waited for 30 minutes to just drop off a sample while listening to the woman behind the desk argue with someone at home about her schedule for the day.

To bad I can't leave a zero star. Scheduled an appointment over a month ago. They sent me an email the day before my appointment, saying it was cancelled. I guess that they are shut down until further notice. Good, thanks for nothing, and good riddance.

The wait is long but the phlebotomist are awesome. I dislike getting my blood drawn but they have always been nice to me and have never poked me more than once. 4 stars only because the wait is brutal but other than that the staff has been great to me.

Front desk needs to be retrained on customer service. So rude and spoke so loudly about another person checking in where the entire waiting room could hear. Do they not know what HIPAA is? I left without being seen, I'll go somewhere else where they have patience and don't talk about people.

Fast and friendly. Several locations in Reno and Sparks. Results are promptly reported to your physician. Can walk in.

LabCorp is the absolute worst! Such a trash company! Thanks for wasting my time and not letting anyone know you closed down the s Reno location permanently. Updating the website is hard for you I understand! Absolutely disgusting how they treat their patients!!!!
