Brian and crew completed our patio and flagstone walkway in four days. They removed the previous patio concrete/durastone , two bushes and the old steps during the process. The flagstone walkway was removed and reset and the final look is amazing. A small flagstone came loose because of my grandchildren and they came back and repaired that today. If I contemplate any more landscaping, they will be the first one I call.

The worst landscaping company I've ever dealt with. It was impossible to get them to do anything without getting nickel and dimed. They even asked me to buy a lawnmower for their guys to use. Never heard of such a thing. Plus, the quality of work that they did was sub par. They would sometimes fail to mow large parts of the lawn. Horrible customer service when issues were reported. Ultimately, we had to fire them because there management and quality of work was horrible especially for $200/month. Honestly, one star is generous and I would give less if it were possible.

Brian and his crew completely re-landscaped our backyard and built a water feature, laid new soil and new sod, added plants and lights. They did an amazing job and gave us a great price! They worked quickly and efficiently and left everything clean when they were finished. Super nice, friendly, hard-working guys. I highly recommend them for any landscaping or lawn service needs you may have.

Brian came out to turn on our irrigation system and show us how everything works (we just moved in over the winter). He was awesome and also fixed everything that had broken over the winter. Top notch service and we'll be using them for many years to come.

Lawn Express sent me an email late Friday night with a sincere apology and a service recovery offer of 10% off if I go with them. Their estimate was reasonable so I'm going with them, based on the glowing recommendations of their work. Raising their star level to 4, with the anticipation of a fifth star at the completion of the work. I appreciate a business showing responsibility for customer dissatisfaction and accountability in offering service recovery. Both are a rarity in today's business world. Thanks Lawn Express!

Lawn Express has been taking very good care of our lawn for the past four years. They are always on time, are mindful of the dog and very pleasant. Last summer Lawn Express removed a large amount of concrete in our back yard and plaid a beautiful paver patio down. Their quote was competitive, the work was beautiful and they finished exactly on time. We highly recommend Lawn Express.
