Best service in the USA. Yep, wherever you travel…. They are most likely in the town to help you. That alone is total security.
But there product is highly ranked.
Put snow rated all season aggressive tires on my 2500 duromax. Never been happier.

I was just visiting reno for some work and my car suddenly showed many errors and failure due to brake fluid issue. It was almost 4:30 pm and this Les Schwab location was about to close but they still did free inspection for me happily and even added some brake fluid for free so i can drive my car back to Sacramento. Such a nice team, friendly, and really care about the customer service. I will get my all service done from them when i move to Reno.

I have taken all my cars to Les Schwab over the years (15+ years) and I’m always satisfied with their consistent level of customer service. This location has always taken good care of me and they have gone above and beyond for me from a customer service perspective. They deserve all the kudos.

I needed help with my F150 tires, none of them were the right sizes or ply, the alignment was off and I had a nail in a tire. It’s a new vehicle and I am traveling so I needed this stuff fixed asap. Ryan my tech helped me to get everything squared away really fast also, the entire staff was friendly and cheerful (conversing & joking with customers who also seemed happy) The prices were very reasonable. I’m satisfied and back on the road. Thank you guys 🙏🏻

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by some very friendly staff, I was helped right away. Very easy and painless. Had my vehicle done the same day. Fantastic experience. The staff at this location is amazing.

The entire experience with LS was great. I was politely asked if I was aware that the tire I'd chosen was entry level and I said yes- and was pleasantly not greeted with the usual hard sell.
The staff was kind, attentive, and kept me informed the entire way. This was my first experience with LS and I hope to have it not be the last. (I live on the east coast, so...)

Les Schwab Went Above and Beyond — True Lifesavers in a Crisis
We can’t thank the team at Les Schwab enough for how they took care of us during one of the most stressful experiences we’ve ever had. After traveling five hours and being left in an incredibly dangerous situation by a previous automotive dealership we had worked with less than a day before, we found ourselves stranded and unsure of what to do next.
Jordan S. Assistant Manager and their entire team not only stepped in immediately, but treated us with compassion, urgency, dignity, and professionalism. They didn’t just “fix” the problem — they made sure we were safe, informed, and truly cared for. They looked out for our well-being in ways that went far beyond the basic expectation of service.
Their team explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure every detail was handled before we got back on the road. What could have been a nightmare turned into a reminder that there are still businesses out there that put people first.
If you’re ever in a tough spot — or just want honest, top-tier automotive service — this Les Schwab location is who you want on your side. We are so grateful. We can’t recommend them enough and honestly wish we lived here so we could come here forever. Thank you all so much.
