For more than thirty years Les Schwab has been my go-to tire center in Reno, Nevada. They have consistently diagnosed and resolved issues with the utmost attention and professionalism. I am grateful for their free (!!!) flat repair service, and always try to bring them pizzas whenever possible.
I highly recommend Les Schwab for all tire, brake, and alignment related service needs. They are the best around for a reason.

I stopped in because i had a screw in my tire! I was on a tight schedule which involved picking up my kids.
Shaun was very helpful! He understood my situation suggested he put air in my tire.
He saw the screw was plugging the hole.
He said it would take the same amount of time to put on a donut and fix the tire or just fix the tire. Neither of which i had time for!
Shaun added air told me to go to another Les Schwab if i need air and bring my car back when i have more time!
I very much h appreciated his level of customer service and understanding my situation!

Went here and was treated to a bad attitude by one of the men there. Didn’t get his name, but he was annoyed that I walked in and took his time to come to the counter. When I began asking questions he became condescending and appeared more annoyed. One bad apple spoils the whole bunch! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Not after that poor experience!

I got 4 new all terrain tires and an alignment for my suv. Total was around $1400. I waited about 2 hours
The employees are nice. Their waiting area is big with coffee and popcorn.
The only complaint I have is, I received my car with a couple scratches and nicks. I know it's not on purpose, but my car is only 1 year old, so that's why it's a little upsetting. The mechanics really need to be more careful around the cars.
Other than that, they do good work.

It's always a pleasure to be able to give 5 stars. I just had my 2020 Subaru Outback (46k miles) brakes inspected for the first time, expecting to need at least fresh pads. Result: no work needed. Thanks Les Schwab, So. Reno. I will be back when it's time for brake work!

I have gotten 3 sets of tires from Les and I have been very happy with them and how they take care of you going forward . I also had them replace my struts and I told them that the 2 front ones felt like they were bottoming out, they checked out the problem and said they would replace them no charge. They are the best.

I had a great experience overall—thank you! I really liked the service, especially the online appointment system. It’s very convenient, though I think it could be improved by allowing customers to search by time first, and then see which location has that time available.
From the moment I arrived at the store until I left, the customer service was excellent. Everyone was professional and helpful.
The only issue I ran into was that it seems the brake dust shield was slightly bent during service, which caused some rubbing and noise. I had to remove the tire myself to find and fix the problem.
Aside from that, everything else was great. Thanks again for the quality service!
