Realized everything was closing. Was down the street, called the business to make sure they were open, and they said they started shutting down at 6:30 but stayed open for us to make it. My kids have been wanting to go since it's been popular on Facebook. This place should have way more stars than it does. Everything tasted perfect. Not everyone is secure or outgoing, so that shouldn't be a reason for negative reviews. They are lucky they have someone working that is dependent. She did a wonderful job. There's nothing to complain about. I wish I could give more stars for going above and beyond. Don't forget to tip. I feel bad cause we brought a crowd. But after 7, they had to shut down. It's mall policy, so don't be mad and take it out on someone just following the rules at their job.

Delicious place to stop and get something sweet while you shop. I ordered banana cream and sweet and salty ice cream rolls. The ice cream was so creamy, and added toppings brought so many flavors to this yummy dessert. Can't wait to go back to try more flavors.

I highly recommend Let’s Roll Ice Cream!!! It’s seriously the best rolled ice cream in TOWN!! Great flavors and many toppings to pick from If you are ever at Meadowood Mall you should definitely stop by. ?

Let me tell you the Oreo rolled ice cream is amazing! Such great customer service too. They were friendly and polite as they made our family delicious ice cream and crapes! We have been coming here for a few years now and are extremely impressed with the new location in the food court. It really catches your attention with the big screen TVs showing them making rolled ice cream. This is a one of a kind and unique food experience to Reno. We have met the owners there a couple times and they are really nice people. We love to support this family owned local business. Next time you are at Meadowood Mall, go and try them out. You won't be disappointed!

A great place to go if you want rolled ice cream. Went there earlier today right when they were closing and the nice sweet lady that was working named Connie was nice enough to make me my build your own rolled ice cream even though she was clean up at 8pm. She was so amazing I will definitely be going back. Hope she will be there when I go back it was a pleasure doing business with her. She is great. I highly recommend.

Where to begin lady wasn't nice or inviting. She made my ice cream wrong and had a very hard time making my ice cream to begin with. When she roller out my ice cream it wasn't done right it was too tall for my toddler to eat. My baby loves watching them do the ice cream but this time didn't even care to watch because of how much the girl struggled to do anything. Horrible experiance and the ice cream it's self did not tast good( wasn't the right one anyways.) Would give me my money back!!! Never again

This place is the best to get rolled ice cream. I'm very happy with the experience I have received from Connie that works there she has amazing bosses as well. They run a great friendly establishment. I will be coming back every time I come to the mall. Thank you guys so much for the amazing service.

No one behind the counter but the lights were on and appeared to be open. After waiting a lengthy period of time I called their phone number and a man answered stating he "can't get employees and it's closed". The web site showed it open and so did yelp. No signs were present to indicate there was an issue.

The ladies at the front were so nice, the food there was so nice too. I highly recommend getting the pizza crepe. if you have never tried a crepe or rolled ice cream before, you should come here for one.

The ice cream we got was sooooo delicious! The lady working the counter today was super friendly and very easy going! I thought it would be the same old ice cream shop at any other place , but I definitely got more than my moneys worth here and i hope everyone stops by to try it one day!

You've got to try this unique experience at least once; the process is absolutely mesmerizing and end product is very tasty. The price tag is a bit steep but the service is fast and friendly, and overall, it's an interesting, fun experience.
