I called Liberty Taxes to ask about my tax return and if I can get any help on my stimulus status. I asked her about my stimulus check because they had the wrong bank number. She was very rude and kept saying we might be able to help you, or we not be able to help you. I was confused and asked what that even means. She said we’re a different company so other tax companies may be able to help their customers, but we may be able to fix the stimulus problem and if we don’t you’ll get them when you do your taxes. I was trying to ask questions and her tone of voice got higher and much more rude. I stopped asking questions and decided there and then, I definitely needed to go with another tax company. Idk if she had a bad day or something, but I wasn’t about to deal with that.

Both H and R Block and Jackson-Hewitt screwed up horribly on my taxes in the past. So far Liberty hasn't messed up my taxes so they get a good raiting from me. ?
