Zero customer service! 3 people working. Didn’t greet anyone coming in to the store and never said a word. Glad I didn’t have any questions or wanted to get embroidery done.

DO NOT GO HERE. I’ve wasted so much of my time with them telling me my embroidery would be done. I’ve been back 3 separate times and each time they have not finished it and told me it would only take 30 mins each time. I paid to have my boyfriends hat done done for his birthday, his birthday has now passed and my hat still is not done. A COMPLETE waste of time and I’ve should have gone somewhere else. Didn’t realize I working with people who don’t understand how to do their job.

You lie. I drove across town to your meadow wood location that says it is open and it in fact was not open. Update your hours to reflect your ture hours so people do waste their time and gas driving to a closed store.

Alright store, staff was friendly but they have a small selection. I’m a mets fan, and they only had one mets hat (which was a fitted). I was looking for a mets snapback. They mostly had /dodgers/giants stuff, so don’t go there looking for a good variety of hats from other teams. I mean, it’s understandable that they won’t have stuff from Nyc as it is a reno store. Overall, it’s a good store for locals but a bad store for everyone else.

Haven't been in a mall in maybe 10 years but had an appointment at Vision Works and got there early to check out some hats at Lids. Hats are one of the few things in life I enjoy buying for myself. Lids was closed when I got to the mall at 1:30 On a Monday and had a sign that said "Be right back". When I finished my eye appointment at 3:00 I went back to Lids and the store was still locked up. Only store in the entire mall that was locked up. I probably would have spent way too much money on hats anyway so maybe this was a good thing.

Return policy is pretty strict at 30 days, forget that the item was clearly never worn, wrapped as a gift in plastic and I have a valid receipt. Went to exchange it but they only have the one size for the only hat I want, the size the I already have that’s wrong. A little disappointing. I am willing to exchange it for the correct size if they had the same hat in the correct size. My other option is to drive another 10 minutes to their other store in Sparks. You would think, considering their lack of product, they would just return the hat, but you know, a 30 day return policy is more valuable than a returning customer. So I’m off to another store, where I’ll probably run into the same situation. Merry Christmas ?Following up: no option at the sparks location to exchange it either. Only had one size and style option. And no, not allowed to return, even though I don’t want any of their other products.Follow Up #2: the person who purchased the gift even discussed the return policy upon purchase, to which the cashier had told him, “It should be more relaxed about returns, as long as he brings the receipt, because it’s so close to Christmas”. The fact is, if they had my size, I would want to keep the hat. Since they have no option for my team in my size, I am just asking for the value of the brand new hat returned.

I posted earlier about a exchange without a receipt. I located the receipt and it clearly states you can exchange without a receipt. This manager and store owner are violating the law and there own policy. Beware!!!!!

Such a small selection & rudest customer service especially by the guy who was working today specifically at around 6pm. Not coming here again.
