We are Oregon residence. We wanted a Hyundai Santa Fe with specific amenities. A dealer in Oregon had informed us that they only one available meeting. Our needs was at Lithia motors in Reno. We called on the telephone to confirm that the car was actually there, and essentially purchased it over the telephone. Two days later, we flew to Reno in the morning, and the car was ready. We completed the paperwork, and were able to have lunch at a fine restaurant, and drive home, arriving around 10 PM. Over the subsequent few days, we were contacted by various individuals in the dealership to make sure everything was going well. Over the following few days, we did have some concerns, mostly having to do with the details of registering the car in Oregon. The people at Lithia helped us and handled the details and a positive way. We are very happy with our Santa Fe and Lithia motors.

My experience was a very positive one, everyone was friendly and helpful . It made the transaction quick and efficient without the usual tactics that comes with the whole car buying process. Holly was accommodating and worked with me to make sure I got the car I wanted. I would certainly make my next purchase here . Thank you!

No wonder Hyundai had a class action against them for refusing warranty service. Brought it in due to mechanic saying an engine issue would be covered under their recall, and Ryan just insisted that an old historic engine code was the problem (for a part that I already had fixed) and no mention of the actual problem. That incorrect diagnoses was $190 and they wanted to charge $827 to replace the part. The part costs $20 and takes less than half an hour to switch, and replacing it again did nothing because shocker, it had nothing to do with the real problem they refused to look into.

Called to get a service on my car. When I called Gaby answered asked what I needed service. When I told her I need an ITM module replaced she gave me attitude and said where did you get that information from. Made me feel stupid like I didn't know what I need.

Absolutely horrible and 10/10 do not recommend! These people sold me a car that broke down in less than a week. After I refused the warranty (which btw was more than my car payment monthly) they told me it was $7K to fix. That was more than the car was worth and more than my loan amount. These people also took the time to mansplain how a 10 yr old cars AC “doesn’t blow hard because it’s an older vehicle.” Shiesty folks that took advantage of me!

*****NEW UPDATE******
*****CONSUMER ALERT******
(You may have purchased a vehicle from them based on a fabricated credit score. ASK FOR A COPY OF THE CREDIT REPORT THEY USED to determine your purchase power)
So, I spoke to this Scott character today and waiting for the "atonement". All I got was a bunch of blah blah blah blaaaaaaaaaaaah and admitting what I already knew: my credit score was NOT pulled. My opinion of these people has not changed. He tried to act as if he didn't know who I was talking about; making it a central part of the conversation. IT DOESN'T MATTER. Nothing you said changed the experience, so I filed a complaint with the Attorney General because I stand on the principle that these people are UNETHICAL.
***** UPDATE *****
After I received ANOTHER letter from Lithia, this time from a Wes Wilson BEGGING me to call him to make a deal for my car, I called you Scott last Thursday and had this conversation with you. You had no answers and didn't really seem interested in what I was saying, so there's no need to speak to you again and rehash this situation. I asked for a copy of my credit report a month ago and it still has not come, which I am entitled to. So, you see, THAT'S another reason I am getting the government involved. You guys are unethical and people need to know about it.
These people chased me down like Dog the Bounty Hunter; flooding me with telephone calls, text messages, letters and emails begging me to come in and find a vehicle in exchange for my 2013 Sonata. All these pre-approved letters stating I had been "pre-screened" through Experian and blah, blah, blah, blah, blaaaaaaaaaahhhhh.
So, finally I go in there and find a 2021 Caravan that I like. Then the unethical business approach began. The manager with the GED education came to me with a piece paper and said my credit score through Experian is 583 (I believe), and asked for my signature. I'm like, wow 583? I told him to run it through TransUnion and he said he did, and that score was even lower. On that paper was his illiterate calculation for my 2013 Sonata traded in for the 2021 Caravan at a monthly cost of $700+. I looked him in his eyes and I saw pure evil. I asked him what made him think I would trade in my $285 a month car payment for a $700 a month car payment in addition to my car? This dude is burnt up. But here's the kicker: when I got home and checked my emails, I got notice from TransUnion that Lithia Hyundai tried to check my credit score, but because I froze my account, they were denied. The burnt up GED manager LIED. He never pulled my TransUnion credit report and the Experian credit score was 603, not 583. So you see, they are scum all the way around. This review is my first step in exposing these liar. My next step is to get the government involved.
