I really appreciate the assistance I received from this company. It was last minute, I was in a time crunch and had hurt myself in this move. I spoke with someone immediately who asked some questions then gave me a price. Of course I asked for a guarantee that my request could be completed within the time frame I had, he was honest, advised me to give him a few minutes to make a call to confirm, then would call me right back. And, thankfully he did, I paid a deposit. His crew was friendly, quick, helpful, and able to get the job done very fast. I paid the balance upon completion and was grateful they were so responsive. It was everything I needed when I needed it.

I cannot recommend Loading Helpers enough. From the very beginning, they stood out because they truly work with you. There is no pushy, sales-driven approach like some other companies where you feel pressured while already dealing with the stress of moving. Instead, they focus on how they can make things work for you, meeting you where you are and providing support every step of the way.
I was moving into a top-floor apartment, which can be challenging, but Junior and Emmanuel handled it with skill and ease. They were fast, careful with every item, and worked together seamlessly. Both were incredibly kind and respectful, making sure my belongings were placed exactly where I wanted them. Their attention to detail and positive attitude stood out just as much as their physical effort, which made the whole move feel much less stressful.
Behind the scenes, Ben coordinated everything flawlessly. He was organized, attentive, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth. What impressed me even more was how much he cared about his guys—checking in on them, supporting them, and making sure they had what they needed to do their best work. It showed that he values his team just as much as he values his customers, and that combination speaks volumes about the kind of company this is. His leadership creates an environment where both the crew and the customer feel supported, and that makes all the difference.
Loading Helpers are efficient, personable, and customer-focused in a way that makes them stand out. They turned what could have been a stressful move into something positive, and I would gladly use them again in the future.

Crew showed up right on time in the afternoon, even after a morning job. They were quick, friendly, and efficient in the move. Making sure everything ended up exactly where requested. And even assisted with putting some furniture together before calling it a day. Great service, and I will likely be using Loading Helpers for any moves in the future. 5 stars no notes.

I'm giving a quick shout-out to Doc, Junior, Donovan, and David, who helped me pack up my three-bedroom house for my move to Austin. I was in the military for 25 years, which involved dozens of moves, and these guys were THE BEST. They were EARLY, polite, and worked extremely hard for the duration I had them. They worked so hard that they finished early. Amazing! A special thank you to Doc, who did an incredible job packing my costly sound equipment, ensuring it will make the trip to Austin unscathed.
