What a sad pizza place. Minuscule amount of toppings on the pizzas. One of our pizzas was burned and both were cold by the time they got to the table. There were at least ten people working yet apparently only one was allowed to put the finishing touches on the pizzas such that they were cold before being served. A lack of clean utensils. Three of the beer taps stopped working.Mofo’s is less than a mile away and much, much better.

The process here is that you enter, read a menu while in line, order at a counter, take a seat, then they bring your order to your table. The menu offers a nice diverse handful of pizza choices available in either calzone, round pizza, or square pizza offerings.I had the "Tower 4" with main ingredients of pepperoni, Italian sausage, and Mama Lil's spicy peppers. It was above average. All the pizzas that I saw looked good.Last, I was there on a Thursday night and the place was packed with loud, unruly kids running around like it was a playground. This is absolutely not a criticism of the restaurant but a thorough indictment of the parents in this part of town.My final point is this: if you want a nice, peaceful dinner, consider somewhere else. If you're ok with a loud, open barn atmosphere and you have your kid's Little League team, then head on over.

Wow. We stopped in before the hockey game tonight, just for a quick bite before the game and we’re immediately happy with the menu selection. We weren’t terribly hungry, so we only ordered two appetizers. The meet balls and the burrata *chefs kiss*! There are so many items on the menu that we can’t wait to come back and try. This is definitely going to be our spot before hockey games going forward. Delicious food, great drink variety, and friendly staff. Very happy with our last minute decision to stop in. We will most definitely be back.

Great new place to grab some delicious food and a beer. They have the self-serve beer wall and a decent selection of local beers, wine, and some mixed drinks. The meatballs are excellent. Put the beach base sauce on your crust! Great place to hang out before Ice Raiders games.

Solid spot for casual pizza fare. Great for big groups and sharing all of the different pizza flavors! Pour drinks through a tap and sensor which means you can try lots of different beverages and regulate your intake. Be careful though to read the price per ounce thoroughly, some of the non beer selection can get quite pricey, my mojito was the same price ($11) as a regular cocktail and I had to pour it myself! I loved the veggie pizza, super snappy peppers and onions tasted great. Also tried a great white and meat option. The crust was charred, crispy and crunchy- everything you would want. It's a great base crust with California style cornucopia of toppings. Only small downside is pizzas are on the greasy side. The bbq wings were a crowd pleaser! Really tender and fell off the bone delicious. They are baked wings, saucy was tangy so good!Overall, a good experience I left feeling full. South reno needs more of these group friendly fast casual restaurants!

The food and atmosphere he is exactly what Reno needed and missed. Having a space for all generations to come and enjoy great fires up pizza with the best pesto sauce in town. Guy really has made this place special and takes great care of the customers that come in. This is definitely the new hangout and exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect and up and coming. You gotta check this place out! The great white pizza was my favorite.

We liked the casual seating and especially outside. The beer wall was easy to use, and they have other things besides beer - wine, margarita, and mojito were all options when we were there. I think they have one of the best pizza sauces in town. There were a lot of young people being trained when we were there but the customer service and attentiveness was still good. I think this place is only going to get even better as staff is trained and the kinks of any new establishment are worked out. I'm glad they're in town!

Where to begin on this review, brought my wife and daughter here to enjoy some pizza after being told that this place was the ‘go-to’ for pizza. Absolutely not.Wasn’t greeted while stepping into the establishment. Which I get it, busier place, brand new, tons of newcomers. That’s fine. Oh well. Had to fight through a line of people just to grab a menu because nobody had the decency to scoot aside. Awesome. Upon getting to the counter and ordering was told we weren’t able to put split ingredients on our food (well for nearly $100 in food, that’s a little irritating, especially coming from someone who has food allergies such as myself who can’t eat certain things that his wife can. Whatever.)Their ‘big bonfire Detroit’ style pizza is nothing more than breadsticks covered in red sauce, cheese and the accoutrements that make a pizza. Wings were good. No complaints there. Their meatballs were pretty good until you got to the ice cold ones in the middle (do a food check next time) but pizza was overall 4/10. I spent my hard earned money for pimped out breadsticks when I could’ve went to pizza plus and got a whole meal that could’ve fed a family of 5. Other than the food I got to watch some in store drama, a older ‘manager’ by the name of Guy reprimanding his employees in front of a restaurant is just the ‘flavor’ that this pizza place needs, NOT. There’s a time and a place to reprimand your employees, aside of the employees looking like they’d rather be anywhere else other than work who couldn’t force a smile on their face in front of customers. Come on, Coach your employees elsewhere please. Not only that, the ‘Guy’ manager is awfully handsy, BIG RED FLAG in my opinion, You can talk to your employees and correct them on your work without putting your hands on them, keep your hands to yourself, don’t grab your employees by the shoulder or bicep and don’t caress your female employees elbows. Definitely made things uncomfortable for my wife, child and I while we were trying to enjoy our lunch. With awkward environment comes in depth and detailed Google ReviewI witnessed everything I’m posting here. This ‘Guy’ needs to be talked to about how he ‘handles’ business. Cause I can assure you. He wouldn’t be touching me if I was an employee. All in all, Go to Pizza Plus. This place is a massive Bust. That’s $100 I’ll never get back.Be Better.

Excellent location for family and friends to get together. Good pizza (I like the calzone). Sandwiches coming soon (will be 5+ star then). Try the beer wall-buy by the ounce, large selection. TV with football. Next door is fantastic Yogurt Beach for dessert (I like the vanilla bean and chocolate chip mix for milk shake).

Food is very fresh and tasty. Service is good. Ambiance is very comfortable and good for families. Can get very noisy during busy time. The ordering process is a little time consuming especially with the wristbands. We had one very exceptional employee go way above and beyond. Jordan Clements. She is very good at her job.

I didn't realize how much South Reno needed a patio just like this one! Delish pizza (I substitute gluten free crust everywhere I can). I love the burrata cheese platter. The blue cheese salad is so yummy too. So much fun to see everyone hanging out enjoying the warm nights.Vegetarian options: Pretty much every veggie you would want.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options, and plenty of healthy choices outside of pizza.Parking: Plenty of parking for the center.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids running around. There is a Yogurt Beach next door too.

Good parking.... for now. A lot of empty sites in the new location. We'll keep track as more businesses move in. But I'm getting ahead of myself. Let's talk shop...Longboards has what every business wants: location, location, location. It is one of the first restaurants in a new shopping area in a housing community in South Reno (their 2nd location, BTW). The benefits of a good location are clearly evident each time we drive by the restaurant on Wedge Parkway...the outside seating is always crowded. Initially, it makes me think we should drive on to another restaurant, but there is a special something I want from Longboards, so one night, we stopped by...There is both outdoor and indoor seating. The September evening weather in Reno has been outstanding, so the outdoor seating was full, but we had an easy time getting a table for two inside. I knew what to order, and I knew to get the wrist band for beer/cocktail access (more on that later). Why did I have to drop by Longboards? Well, they have a "build your own" pizza, and my son's gf laid out a great recipe for me to try. The pizza I built was spicy and sweet, salty and not...pepperoni, garlic, honey, and more... DEELISH! ... more on that later... LOLWith the wrist band, you can get a variety of beers, cocktails, and wine and pay per volume poured. It cost a lot less than your typical restaurant. It looks like the selection changes, so each visit will be a surprise! There's a well-known bar and a new wine store coming into the shopping center, but it's hard to beat pizza and beer.Ok...I've written too much. I just have ONE SUGGESTION. The make your own pizzas can be hit or miss if you don't know what you want. It would be good for Longboards to have some way to track customer's recipes that they can share with friends and family. In fact, they could have a monthly contest with customer favorites voted on. It would be a pretty simple interface to program and would make it fun to try different people's creations.Ok. I'm done.
