Don't use their service to have a door installed. I paid $45 to have someone come give me an estimate and told to come to the store to retrieve the estimate. I go to the store twice and there is no one there who can help with me with the door estimate and told to come back. 2nd time, I'm upset and inquire when I should come. I'm give an email as to who to call and to give that person the door I would like and then he will get back to me with an estimate. I don't know this person's name, don't know if he's the one who came to my house to give me an estimate. I would like to talk to someone before I order a door I may or may not want and one that may or may not fit the measurement he took that he didn't share with me. How is this of any help to me? This back and forth has gone on for a month now. I'm ready to call my credit card company and have the $45 refunded and go to a reputable door company to have this taken care of. This is the worst experience I've had while upgrading my house. If this is any indication of their other services, don't get them done here either. I had considered blinds here but no way!!

Absolutely horrible! We purchased granite countertops and backsplash, and what we received was nothing like the advertised color and pattern. False advertisement with their granite sample. First picture shows what we bought and the second picture what we received. No accountability for any of their misrepresentation and lack of attention to the product and customer service.

I'm really beginning to hate this place. After buying a bunch of stuff (including stove, dishwasher, garden shed), including this evening with my Lowe's Pro MVP card, I noticed that I had a coupon for a free snack, expiring today. However the self-check out clerk nor the head cashier couldn't figure out how to ring it up. When the head cashier called the assistant manager on duty, she merely said an expiration date of 9/30 means you need to use the coupon before 9/30. What kind of customer disservice was that? After experiencing other problems with Synchrony Bank who issues their credit card, and Lowe's failing to honor their 30-day sale price guarantee, I've decided to adopt the 3 strikes you're out policy.

Last week, I went in to renew a quote for a flooring estimate. I was out of state and never got a call or email stating I needed to talk with an associate. When I got back to check on it, they told me I needed to update the measurements. I said nothing has changed, I just need a new quote. I was supposed to get an email. That never came. I've been calling the flooring department for over two hours and haven't had anyone answer the phone. I called customer service, and the call was immediately dropped. I've now been on hold for over thirty minutes with the corporate office.

Ordered a washer and dryer and staff ordered wrong even when we confirmed right item (gas, not electric) and shocking it gets delivered wrong. Call the store and they "can't help" so go into the store the next day and they finally order us the right one but delivery is over a week out. No sorry, no empathy from staff just "it is what it is". Delivery day comes and 5 hours past the delivery window we still don't have a dryer. Call the store multiple times only to be told they have "no idea" where our item is and they won't do anything about it. Not even a sorry for the hassle. Manager as well as everyone we've dealt with in this mess have been less than helpful and don't have a clue about customer service. Will never step foot in a Lowe's again. Home Depot for life.

I need anybody's help. I purchased a refrigerator from the Catskills two weeks ago for delivery yesterday after I received a text message saying they were on the way at 10:30 in the morning they never showed up. I called back to find out what it happened. Put on hold for 30 minutes and they said there were some confusion and it's on another truck. I went to 3 o'clock called again after I'll be on hold for 30 minutes. Talk to one of the managers at the store and they said oh it is on its way at 4 o'clock I called again oh it's on its way starting to get the pattern at 7 o'clock at night. They said they do not know where the refrigerator is and I would have to wait till they can find it. They cannot give me a new delivery date this is after I took a day off from work after I went in and moved all my stuff from my old refrigerator and it's an ice chest packed with ice and the store does not care. now this morning Saturday a day later they cannot give me a new delivery date because they cannot find the refrigerator that was supposed to be delivered yesterday so I am without a new refrigerator Lowes doesn't seem to give a damn I need anybody's help on what other actions I can do to get my refrigerator delivered., I am kind of stuck help anybody this is Lowe's in Kietzke. Thank you. Have a good day..

Bought a washer/dryer combo which was supposed to be delivered Sept 9. Washer was right. They tried to provide us with an electric dryer when we requested gas. Went to the store immediately after and was told they couldn't help us. Sept 10 arrived at the store and they assisted us in ordering the correct dryer. Supposed to be delivered Sept 16 between noon and 4pm. Surprise 4 hours past the delivery window and it's nowhere in sight. No one reached out to say the delivery was late, communication is subpar. 5 phone calls later and still not a clue where our appliance is. Expensive, terrible service, and will not be returning for any purchases. Save yourself weeks of hassle and headaches. Go to Home Depot and avoid the hell out of Lowe's. Who knows if you'll ever receive the products you purchased.

Do not order ANYTHING custom from here. You have to pay in full and 4 mos later we still have not received our doors. Unhappy customer here. I wish I had read the earlier reviews and saved myself the trouble.

wow. the Keitzke location is offensive. The female "manager" aka clerk/cashier..at best. who hired that thing? horrible and offensive customer service. Zero respect for customers concerns/issues.. for example i was just there, bought a simple staple gun with the help of an associate to get the correct staples for work....specific thing...well, it was wrong type stsples for the stupid staple gun and on top yhe staple gun was defective. yhe manager said tough luck. and then she said, "you can leave now".WTF! who hired this ugly ass human? they must be desperate? the retired vet guys are sweethearts and very helpful, helpers me duds out the problem but then this thing..woman? dunno. gives a bad name to us women. shame on you. pathetic. now i will be shopping at lowe's. good job! i've been buying windows snd doors at lowe's and washers/dryers. no more!! f. them.

Worst customer service. No one answers the phone and than they put you on hold forever . Ordered on line in May and it has been in store since June7. They have not processed it for me to pick it . You get transfer so many times and and some employees were rude. I will never do busy with Lowes.

Shout out to Ron in the garden department for his information on Neem oil. 5 star service! He also tried to help me look for a mosquito hat net which we never found. I found it at Sportsman.***** The two stars is for the female assistant manager who walked away from Ron and I with no word. Ron sought her out for help with the hat net and after a few seconds of searching her phone, she and another employee just walked away with no word at all. Great example for your employees.

Do not ever buy an appliance from Lowes Reno!! Their process and total lack of customer service regarding delivery and installation is unbelievable. If I could give a lower rating than 1 star I would.

I purchased kitchen cabinets. The sink base was not correct on the order. I went in and met with the designer who said she got the wrong cabinets removed and the correct ones ordered. I never received confirmation from her despite multiple emails and calls to the store. I finally found out that the associate moved to a virtual location and was unable to be contacted. None of the other cabinet associates were able to determine what had been done. There was a truck fire and all my cabinets had to be rebuilt. I finally received them, but am missing the sink base and a six inch cabinet. Lowe's can order the two cabinets for me now, but will only deliver them to Reno, not the final destination of Alaska, where the other cabinets went. I would have to figure out how to get them to Alaska on my own as Lowe's will not allow Diamond cabinets to ship less than 5 cabinets. I came to the store and I can't find anyone present to help with this. The Diamond cabinet people have been very helpful while Lowe's fails to return calls, or fix their mistake. Very unhappy with the service. Will update if I get a resolution.

I would RUN AWAY from buying anything at this store! They are not pro customer, they lack communication skills in keeping the customer informed of issues. Delivery is a joke, Corporate Lowe's does not care either. It should not take 4 weeks to get a washer dryer and platform's delivered/installed.
