I read some reviews before I went in so I wasn't expecting much but my experience was phenomenal! I walked in and was addressed, I had help. The store was busy and this was my first time in. My mom sent me a pickleball skort but it was too small. I went in to exchange and it was easy, kind and fun. I felt like I belonged and was welcomed. I also love the wall they have behind the front desk. I took a photo:).The clothes are pricey. That's just the truth of it. But, you're experience with the clothing and how you feel in them will match the price tag. When I need a pick me up...I wear Lululemon!

Shopped here and have had great experiences. Have had zero problems with returns, exchanges, etc. Staff are always helpful, polite, and friendly. Thought the store has a smaller quantity of items compared to the options on their website. I have found the Reno a lovely location and enjoy every visit. Thank you to all Lululemon staff. You are very much appreciated

Michelle made my experience today so pleasant! She was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions on what Fanny pack to get. And also, she helped me register for CPT discount and was able to reduce my total cost because of that! He was very professional, kind and helpful! What a delight!Thank you very much Michelle! Keep it up!

Disappointing service. They don’t follow the company’s ‘quality promise’ and refused to accept my items that are falling apart due to a known poor quality issue (they are items I’ve exchanged before in another state with no issues due to the seams unraveling). It’s extremely disappointing that this is the only lululemon in Reno. I recommend vuori and athleta for better products and customer service.

If i could give a lower rating, i would! ANY company that fires employees for discouraging theft is not getting my hard earned money!! Watch the video and let them know how you feel!! I'll be posting on all social media plateforms!

My daughter and I frequent shop here and is our favorite lululemon from all we have visited. My daughter placed an online pick up order for the black define jacket. Stated it was available online but order was cancelled for out of stock. My daughter and I drove to the store to shop for an alternative color. Lucky for us Lululemon in Reno has the best staff! Sweet little store associate dug through the entire store and found it via store GPS. Thank you for making my daughters day! So happy Reno store got a new look!

The staff wasn’t very helpful and were standoffish. Go to the athleta nearby instead.

I got a shirt hemmed and it turned out amazing . Turn around time is 3-5 business days. The employees were friendly. I like the store remodel it looks bright and organized.

I love lululemon, but the customer service here is horrible. I have been shopping with them for years and has never had a more disrespectful encounter than when I went to exchange something today. Michelle was terrible and yelled at me from behind the counter in a busy store and didn't want to honor the exchange price even though I had both the tags and receipt. I've worked in customer service myself for many years and find it disgraceful how I was treated. If I could give this zero stars, I would. Don't work in customer service if you can't treat people with respect. Do better.

This is my go to Lululemon store. I usually do a lot of online shopping with them. When I have to go return a online item, they take care of it. Thank you!My daughter had a pair of leggings that she hasn't worn it was over the 30 day return and we didn't have the receipt. The nice girl at the register was very helpful. I didn't get her name. The manager Ari was very polite and informative about the product. She solved the solution and as a customer, I was very pleased. Having someone like Ari as lead, ! The newly remodeled store is great... very clean and easy to shop layout. Love, love!Every time I go into that store.. all the employees are friendly and genuinely happy. It's so colorful and bright with positive vibes (people and products).

I have been going to lululemon for years and I have always loved these leggings. I don't wear anything else but I am not happy with my latest purchase. I bought a new pair of Align leggings a little over month, and I went to put them on and there is a hole on my butt and the seam on the bottom leg is starting to separate. The cost of these leggings went up and to a total of $120 which is more than they used to be. For $120 pair of leggings I expect the material to still be good. So I am not happy with this place.

I had a clothing item I was trying to return where the fabric was balling up. The girl, who I believe was the manager was not polite. She asked many questions, how were they washed? when did you get them? when I gave answers she said “that’s odd, that shouldnt happen” * very sarcasticThese questions are not in return policy. I do not know why she could not be courteous and just do return. I love lululemon but will not be returning because of the unwelcoming girl
