He was not only knowledgeable but also considerate—taking into account price matching and my military discount, which we greatly appreciated. By far and away the best customer service I have ever received shopping at a mattress store. Debbie was amazing and to work with and will continue to be a customer for when we need our next mattress. Forgot the managers name but was extremely helpful too.

I went to Mattress Firm in Damonte ranch, Reno.
I stopped in and met salesman Nick. I bought a cal King mattress topper for a great price and a pillow. Five Star Customer Service. My topper will arrive in the next few days and I got to take my pillow with me. Nick called me the next day to let me know when it should be arriving. Loved this store, loved Nick’s customer service, and I know I will love my mattress topper. I will shop here again! 💕 Julie A
