This store has turned a huge corner with instock,cleanliness, always has hot food available for breakfast or lunch,staff is friendly. This store has a good vibe to it.

Store is clean,stocked,and being greeted when you walk is such a relief that employees still greet,clean bathrooms, and best part is really good food.Great job Maverik, I will be coming back.

I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this gas station. While I was there with my partner, the on-site manager (Stephanie) approached and inappropriately asked for my partner's phone number. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. A manager should be upholding professionalism, not crossing personal boundaries with customers. I hope this issue is addressed seriously so that other customers don't have to go through a similar experience with Stephanie.

This has slowly withered away and become the worst Maverick in Reno. The front staff with the exception of about 2 people are terrible, slow, and care more about their conversations than they do the person at the register. The food is never available, and the soda machine is broken 75 percent of the time. All this on top of the fact that there is a CONSTANT presence of homeless hanging out in the store. Not just occasionally, literally a guy that is there 24 hours a day. Please fix this Maverick. I think it’s time for a team rebuild.

There is a female employee that can't find anything, but even worse she is constantly wiping her nose then handling merchandise. I have seen her and another employee eating and licking fingers while ringing me up and handling my merchandise. This is so nasty. Please advise your employees on their hygiene and sanitation. This is how germs are spread! They don't wash their hands nor use sanitizer. This grossed me out so I decided to inconveniently go to a different Maverick where another older female was working and rubbing her eyes with her finger before touching my items. Please managers, have a meeting. This is not ok!

Every Maverik in Reno is awesome. I get free food every Friday, the bathrooms are clean and the employees are super nice!

Never any breakfast burritos made in the morning anymore. I usually stop by this Maverik at 615am. There are lots of people who like to grab a breakfast burrito from here in the morning. Also this review will be deleted once the breakfast burritos come back.

Absolutely insane experience tonight, Sep 1st at 11pm. We were trying to get drinks and snacks for labor Day and had the worst cashier experience I've ever experienced. While waiting for our friend to answer what they wanted to get for a snack, the cashier started screaming at us that the snacks weren't going to change while we're waiting. After ignoring him, a group of college students came in who were intoxicated, and he started talking bad about them for drinking on a Sunday? He also left the entire store to go talk with his friend and was angry at us for interrupting him watching an anime. Mavericks usually have great customer service, I'm appalled at the service we received tonight. We'll be going to the one by Rock from now on. ??

It's pretty funny that Megan can have her husband go to work with her everyday n go in and out of the store every other minute when did it become bring my husband to work every day didn't know the was allowed
