I have always liked Maverick in all of the areas of Reno that I have lived before. However, now I live off of Keystone and I'm stuck going to the Maverick on 4th Street. They get 1 star because their food is good and I like their App. That's relative to misery I endure 90% of the time. The cashiers are argumentative and rude. I wish I could always go to self-check because I'm better at their job than they are. I go in there daily and there isn't a day that they don't mess something up and can't fix it. The majority of them don't know how to print the last receipt. They asked me to leave my bag behind the counter although I've told them that I have medications in their. One time my bag was taken and no one even care to look around. Today I went in to get a soda and use the restroom to check my blood sugar and take my insulin but melody refused to allow me to take my bag into the restroom. When I explained why I needed to take it, in front of all the customers, she told me to go somewhere else. When I told her my bag has been taken before, she remarked that she highly doubted it, basically calling me a liar. There is always some situation in there that ruins my day, so I suppose I'm going to take her advice and just go somewhere else. Keystone Market will have to suffice

Doesn’t even deserve one star.
Employees are rude and condescending
People filling their tanks with gas leave their cars there while they run in to grab food or use the toilet (which- find another restroom- theirs are deplorable)
Creating an excessively long gas line.
Overall- Mavericks have been my gas station of choice- but if you’re in Reno around the Keystone exit/ use ANY other gas station for your needs.

Filthy gas station. Puddles of diesel fuel at each pump and oil and garbage crusted parking lot.
Receipt on machine out of paper.

Went in around 11a to get gas. Only had $100 bill on me. The cashier tells me she can't give me change before I even tell her how much gas I'm getting.
It's more about the attitude she had more than anything else

Bathrooms are dirty. Maverik in general is usually pretty great. This particular location needs some work.

The store is good, the employees are OK but the area is trash.
The clientele who frequent the store varies but most folks stop in for gas or snacks on their way to and from work.

Worst Maverick ever. Bought a Chedderworst wrap earlier in the day for lunch on the way to an event. Took one bite and it was Jalapeno. Couldn't eat it. Returned later in the evening after our event was over. Rudest cashier. I told him it was labeled wrong and he rolled his eyes like I was making it up. He then said I had to have the form of payment used which I had and then he changed his mind and said I had to have the receipt which the cashier earlier did not give me a receipt. He got some other guy and he said I had to have a receipt and that they always give receipts. Haha whatever. He said I could keep it and return in the morning. At this point I'm tired and irritated so I took the stupid thing and tossed it in the trash behind their counter. He starts yelling at me telling me I can leave and gets the 90 year old security guard to start following me. At this point I did choose to use some strong language to express my frustration. The security guard came in front of me and acted like he was going to grab me. I said dude why do I have to leave when they started it and explained why I was mad. So he backed off and went to the back of the store. Went to get a drink and of course they are completely out of everything so I left. Totally ridiculous place. Also other customers in the store start yelling at me that I can leave and nothing was done to ask them to stop.

I have medical issues I needed the bathroom now then I was buying somthing first befor using the restroom. I was in there a few days ago with my dad and she was fine with him going first. I think she is prejudice about my skateboard and being black her self she should know better than to treat people like that
