Don't come here if you need to change your kids diaper!
No changing pad in the restrooms. You might ask, is there a family restroom? Nope. Had to change my kid in the car. Its truly odd to not have a more equipped restroom but there are lots of tables for you to stay and eat. Otherwise its a clean place to stop.

Worst Maverick in town, the bonfire grill stops serving breakfast at 9am, the others continue breakfast until 10 < which is how it should be.
They also skip hard core on the ingredients.
Should make your employees shower at least once a week.

When I first was here over a year ago, the men's room was clean. You could practically eat off the floor. Now a year later, what happened? Dingy urinals. No soap to wash your hands. Sink is gross. CLEAN THE MEN'S ROOM!

I came in today to get gas in my car no one at the desk. Sheryl comes up and started picking up trash and says rudely we have 12 garbage in this store and no one can manage to throw their garbage in the garage cans. Then I start to tell her my gas order, and she rudely says hang on I don't even have my register open . THIS is the second time I have been in here and she was even worse last time. Maybe someone could train her in how to great people or maybe she should get another job? This lady walks with a little limp if I didn't have her name right 9am on 3-26 -24 I always walk out feeling very mad she is making your store look bad ??

Rules need to be enforced from all employees to customers at self check out about alcohol. Roommate and I went in , I don't drink, went to self check out with alcohol as usual and this time it was a big deal and he had to move registers with his alcohol. The other times we have done this not a single person has made him move from self check out to another register. DO BETTER or leave people alone.

Maverick could write the book on convenience and is a regular stop for me gas and breakfast before starting an adventure. True to their name.This location has always been friendly and well staffed. I can arrive regularly at 5am and find what I need and good service.

This gas station is getting expensive! The cashiers are extremely slow or maybe it's the programs they us for the stores but I hate going into these gas stations primarily for that reason. They sell these small burritos for 6-8 bucks and it sits under a light for hours?? . All drinks even water is pricy. Not to mention standing in line way to long just to pay for a water and some gas . Gas stations should be a fast in n out service where you are not paying restaurant prices for warm light food.

I am seeing this brand open up everywhere in Reno, so I finally took the time to check it out. Quality/Quantity - Gas, fresh food (convenience store level), hot & cold food, fast food, drinks, snacks, etc.Atmosphere - Most locations are above average sizes.Clean spacious locations.Small seating area.Good selection of drinks, see pictures.Cool decor.Modern bathroom, see picture.Plenty of parking.Open 24 hours.Service - Loyalty program to save $$, see website.Promotions - Weekly, promotional, grand openings, etc.Price - Convenience store prices.Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1928 with your 380+ locations and staying independent.
