They need to update their lobby hours. They have no signs on the door. Several people came up and pulled on the door. This was at 7:00. I went through the drive through because they didn’t come to the door and the lady in the window rudely said that they open the lobby at 8:00. It’s their restaurant, so it’s their choice but since these hours are unusual for a McDonalds lobby it would be nice if they put it on the door. I ordered on the app to pick up at the counter and the app accepted it. I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew the lobby wasn’t open as I was looking for a place to eat and relax before work.

They claimed to be open 24 hours, and I showed up at 245am try to order food and they said we have to close to make the food while all 6 employees where sitting in the lobby. I have never heard of a 24hrs fast food restaurant having to close to make food even when I work for McDonald's in my younger days.

Zero stars. 37 minutes from order to counter for 2 cheeseburger, two fries and 20 nuggets. Thursday at 8PM ordered on app, left at 837. Horrific experience. Been going to McDs for 40 plus years, never experienced anything like this. Food all over floor. Employees in back sounded like they were at a party. Cursing, joking, but apparently not cooking. I enquired with manager the status of my order and told coming up, came 20 minutes later- this was after already waiting 17 minutes which at McDs is an eternity already. And the app said it was ready 25 minutes before order came out-someone obviously fudging the metrics. I watched dozens of cars go through drive though? Manager never returned. 2 other patron like me, waiting and fuming. And you might think after a 37 minutes the food would at least be fresh and hot, but for some reason the fries were cold (and surely cooked twice they were so dark) the nuggets were not hot and the worst and most incredible part, both patties on the cheeseburgers were burned, cooked almost to black. Never once did i get something at McDonalds burned. When i got home, wife and I tossed the whole bag of trash. During my 37 minute wait i saw only two people in the dinning area, both employees eating their dinner i assume? and both, when done eating, completely ignored the trash and food strewn about, not to mention the three of us waiting for our app orders- You might also think that when order came out a simple “sorry for the wait” but no she just read the number- as if this was normal! That place was a disaster. It’s four days later and I'm still angry about the service, the food and condition of this restaurant. This placed should be shut down.
