“I never write reviews but I had such a positive experience here that they undoubtedly deserve it. When we got there, the gentleman told us that we were missing a piece of paper for our test, but we were pretty close to closing so we said we would come back the following day. He told us we could run home and grab the paper and call him if we were not going to make it in time. We raced back to grab it and he still did the blood draw! I am so high maintenance with blood tests (I am scared and have to lay down so I don't pass out). He was incredibly accommodating and made me feel totally comfortable. Even with the stress of not having all the paperwork, it was the best blood draw experience I have ever had. If all phlebotomists were this kind, I bet there would be much less fear around getting blood drawn. Cannot recommend this place enough!!! Major kudos for hiring such incredible staff.”

“I have been going here from many years. The lady at the desk has been there quite a long time. She is very sweet, and very professional, she is so knowledgeable she sometimes can help 3 patients at a time. I hope this lab will always be here. The staff in the back are also great, they are very good , I don't even feel the needle going in. I am in an out very quickly .”

Lab tech was quick and efficient: painless IV draw. The lab is clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back here. The kiosk to check in was really nice too!”

“If you want to practically walk in and walk out in a very reasonable amount of time, this location is right for you! I had about 15 minutes between my 2 appointments so I gave this a shot, pun intended! I went in for quick blood work and that's exactly what I got; Quick in and out blood work. I was nervous a bit that I'd be late to my next appointment right now across the street but I actually arrived right on time, due to how fast and efficient this location is. I've been to quite a few of Renown's lab locations and they for sure are NOT all the same cookie cutter service. I've waited up to 3 hours for blood work at other locations, which makes me crazy! This location might get busy, but being such a small location, they are able to easily accommodate most anyone quickly. Got a quick poke and done. I will absolutely be returning to this location again in the future. Thanks!!!”

“Old building and small area but very clean, fast, in and out 15 minutes with no appointment needed. The employees are stiff robots so have your act together before entering. Today was the exact opposite of that horrible experience I had last year at the location by Renown.”

“Though it was busy as every urgent care likely is, two STELLAR employees I would love to show appreciation to are Chloe and Cristina. Chloe is a phenomenal desk employee and Cristina is amazing with phlebotomy and her communication skills. Though in health, you wish to avoid urgent cares and hospitals by all means necessary, how great these two were is a testament to their early careers and the drive that will continue to care for Northern Nevada, or wherever they may go. If I do have to utilize urgent care again, I hope to see them and others.”

“I've been here twice this year for a blood draw. They are a very busy place and do a lot of business. The wait time can seem long, my average was about 30 minutes. The staff is very professional, polite, efficient, courteous and at least with me took the time to let me know what they were take from me in the viels. To me the staff is 5 Stars, the location brings it down a notch as it can be difficult to find if your not to familiar with the area, and the cross streets do have some heavy traffic throught out the day that may cause some problems. Check in, is a self check-in process at a kiosk type machine, so bring your proof of insurance and your Driver's license, or some kind of photo. ID that you will be able to use in the machine to identify yourself. After checking in there is seating to sit in with a 40 in T.V. that shows placement of your name listing where you are at in the process of your visit. Children may go there , although there isn't anything for children to do there - no toys, books, games, t.v. programs, - so bring something for them to be entertained during their visit. There is parking on the side of the building and the back of the building accessible for handicapp persons. And is handicapped accessible in the building. I know this place does blood draws, drug testing via blood and urine samples - but I am not up to all of their capabilities as I haven't been to here for much. I do recommend this place and the staff a d hope you have a good experience with the as I have.”

“Mandy is honestly the sweetest and most skilled phlebotomist I have ever had. You can tell she’s passionate and proficient at what she does. As someone who has a deep fear of needles, I immediately felt calm when she drew my blood and barely felt the poke. This company and location is extremely lucky to have an employee like her. Sadly, my interactions with Michelle have been poor to say the least. She is incredibly rude, and the way she talks to other employees is horrendous. She definitely doesn’t belong in healthcare.”
