“This office isn’t the fanciest and does look old and a little bit run down. But aside from that, the people who work here are so kind and do a good job. Getting blood drawn is something I struggle with, I have terrible anxiety and can pass out. The techs here have been so patient with me and make sure I’m comfortable. They seem to get results back quickly as well. Additionally the wait hasn’t been terrible. I usually bruise from blood draws but the 2 times I’ve gone there is no pain or bruising left.”
“Tracy saved the day. I was being told my Dr order was incorrect and Tracy took the time to figure it out. Saved me a 6 hour round trip to come back at a later date. Tracy was also very good with the draw. Didn’t feel a thing.”
“I love this place, well love might be a strong word for a place that draws blood. However, the technicians are very skilled and kind. I usually walk in and get seen quickly they offer appointment times too.”
“If you want to practically walk in and walk out in a very reasonable amount of time, this location is right for you! I had about 15 minutes between my 2 appointments so I gave this a shot, pun intended! I went in for quick blood work and that's exactly what I got; Quick in and out blood work. I was nervous a bit that I'd be late to my next appointment right now across the street but I actually arrived right on time, due to how fast and efficient this location is. I've been to quite a few of Renown's lab locations and they for sure are NOT all the same cookie cutter service. I've waited up to 3 hours for blood work at other locations, which makes me crazy! This location might get busy, but being such a small location, they are able to easily accommodate most anyone quickly. Got a quick poke and done. I will absolutely be returning to this location again in the future. Thanks!!!”
“Had a 6am appointment on a Saturday... yes, you heard that right. Professional and easy breezy appointment. Didn't even feel the stick. That's MY kind of blood draw! This is my blood draw location of choice. I'd give it six stars if I could.”
“I never write reviews but I had such a positive experience here that they undoubtedly deserve it. When we got there, the gentleman told us that we were missing a piece of paper for our test, but we were pretty close to closing so we said we would come back the following day. He told us we could run home and grab the paper and call him if we were not going to make it in time. We raced back to grab it and he still did the blood draw! I am so high maintenance with blood tests (I am scared and have to lay down so I don't pass out). He was incredibly accommodating and made me feel totally comfortable. Even with the stress of not having all the paperwork, it was the best blood draw experience I have ever had. If all phlebotomists were this kind, I bet there would be much less fear around getting blood drawn.
Cannot recommend this place enough!!! Major kudos for hiring such incredible staff.”

“I was really pleased with the level of service and expertise I experienced here. It was one of the most painless blood draws ever, and usually it's hard to find a vein on me but she did it first try. The appointment was on time, check in was a breeze on the kiosk and most importantly both employees were kind and understanding. Not sure what more you could want!”

NO ONE has been able to find a vein in YEARS. I had to be put asleep with the IV in my neck after 2hours of 3 different Phlebotomist attempted an IV.”
“Had to go in for unscheduled lab work. Had very limited time and asked if they thought it could happen. The gal at check in said they were just finishing with the other person but no guarantees (fair enough!) they got me in and done, friendly and saw a trainee from TMCC. Everyone there was great!”

“Though it was busy as every urgent care likely is, two STELLAR employees I would love to show appreciation to are Chloe and Cristina. Chloe is a phenomenal desk employee and Cristina is amazing with phlebotomy and her communication skills. Though in health, you wish to avoid urgent cares and hospitals by all means necessary, how great these two were is a testament to their early careers and the drive that will continue to care for Northern Nevada, or wherever they may go. If I do have to utilize urgent care again, I hope to see them and others.”
“Mandy was a true professional and made everything go smoothly. The check-in kiosk was very simple to navigate, and I was in and out within 15 minutes. I recommend making an appointment online and shoot for mid-morning times as the earlier times tend to have a backlog. Quest Diagnostics has always been terrific.”
