My electric wheelchair broke a drivewheel the day before a long weekend started while I was visiting from out of town. The staff were incredible; had me bring it in to try and repair it between scheduled work. When I got there, a service agent looked at it while I completed the paperwork for repair. They were able to provide a temporary but very workable fix and charged only half the quoted price because it was 'temporary'. We were in and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend this mobility equipment business. I also observed a great variety of equipment and supplies along with rental equipment. Great people. Outstanding service.

Nothing but good things to say about Rick and his crew. I've had them install hand controls in several cars for me and they always do a great job and always go out of their way to make sure it gets handled. Highly recommended.

I had trouble with the wiring on my electric trike. MedTech came to my house, picked it up and took it to their shop for repair. They added connectors on the battery that made it much easier to recharge and delivered it back to me. Thanks a million.

My wife and I are from out of town. Our mobility scooter was having problems I called and was told if I could bring it in by 1pm they could help. I did Connie and John were great help in solving my problem. They said it was probably batteries sold me new batteries and within an hour I had a drivable scooter and they made the remainder of our trip great I highly recommend this place the people are knowledgeable and great customer service.

Great Business. We went there today as. When I had surgery on the bottom of my foot to remove a lump, and it’s hard for me to walk long distances. So we have a lot of shows to go to, Fly-Ins, Air Shows, car shows, would make my foot hurt sooo bad. Now I can go longer than I have been able to. Not for local stores, etc…. Just for distance. They were very helpful here and I picked a good scooter, drive it around the store. Sooo excited to go to the Reno Air Races Saturday. Yippeeeee!!!! Great place for medical equipment. Med tech was great.

This place is a lifesaver! My parents were visiting for a few days, and my dad has mobility issues. I rented a wheelchair for him, and it made all the difference. From pickup to drop off, the Medtech team made it super easy. And it was reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

My partner is waiting to have back surgery and today is our last full day enjoying a vacation with family. She has struggled the last two days with activity and neither one of us thought to check out a place to rent a walker.This location was the first to come up via Google and has a wide selection of medical supplies. Emily could not have been more helpful! She set us up with an account so we can plan ahead on future trips. Our only regret was not renting a walker sooner.

I took my pride chair in and Tish was wonderful and so was Darin! The only reason why not all 5 stars is that I had to take my chair back but the part was warrantied so that was good it is just an hour drive both ways!
