Fantastic honest broker with first rate service. Nick, who was filling in for the owner, is an amazingly knowledgeable technician with great people skills. He and the staff care about their customers and were extremely thorough in attention to detail while troubleshooting the problem with my car and another patron’s car that I brought to them. I highly recommend this repair shop if you are looking for quality, honest service and repair.

My name is William I went to meineke auto service and Reno Nevada and explain to him about the issues with my engine and they changed my oil my transmission fluid and flush the transmission old fluid out they found the part that I cannot find that needed to be replaced for my emissions smog they did excellent performance job for the requirements of a mechanics experience.

I believe they ripped me off and sabotaged my car. Went in with a check engine light with my scan tool saying saying a specific problem of coolant temperature being too low, plus a broken wiper fluid line and an oil change. Was told the coolant thermostat was stuck open (which I already knew was the most common problem with the code readings I was getting) and needed replaced. Then I was told that they could do the repair, but couldn't clear the code readings because Dodge has a security link that doesn't allow a code to be cleared unless you pay $1,000 per year for that function. Which means that they're telling every person with a Dodge that goes to their shop that they can't clear the codes...(which is highly unlikely) or they were lying to me and didn't actually do the repair.
With regards to the wiper fluid line. It worked when I first tried it leaving the shop, then didn't work the next day. When I checked the line was severed again and the whole line going across the back of the hood to spray on the windshield was gone like they purposely unhooked all the clips holding it in place and the wind blew it off at some point. That is on me because it's not on the receipt because they told me "it was a one minute fix, so they didn't charge me" for it, so I have no legal recourse for that issue.
It makes me question on if they couldn't "clear the code" because they didn't actually do the repair and if they actually didn't do the oil change and I have to worry about my engine seizing. I'll be taking my car to another shop to see if they actually did what they said.
