Customer service was poor. They wouldn’t even look at my Mexican silver chain. Employees do not know what they’re talking about. They don’t even know what Mexican silver is. As soon as I was in, they pretty much rushed me out didn’t even look at my chain didn’t even weigh my chain out. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pawn shop. I’m walking out Mad.

Don't go here. They dont tell you what your intrest or anything will be until after. Will not go here again. They more or less tricked me. Now I will most likely loose my item do to this extreme intrest charge. Good job stealing from the community.

Worse experience ever. They proceeded to pawn my items without telling me there is $400 intrest on $800 loan. Highly unprofessional. Also they performed several scratch tests. I will need to repair my jewelry from the damage created.

AnnMarie’s customer service was phenomenal!;)
Her personality changed my pawning experience for life. She was very inviting, fun and witty.
She brightened up the whole experience with her dynamic personality and warm welcome. She really knows her stuff and broke everything down clearly. Super professional but also made me feel comfortable with her friendly attitude and genuine approach. She gave straight answers about values and worked efficiently.
